This is an activity where you can experience Japanese traditional culture at the same time. Customers arrive at the store and choose their favorite kimono or yukata to dress up. After styling your hair, enter the tea room and begin your tea ceremony experience. After completing the experience, you can go to Sensoji Temple and take a walk. I returned to the store before 5pm to change your clothes and finished.

I would have rated this higher if there was a TRUE ENGLISH SPEAKING GUIDE as noted in the tour advertisement. The guide was the shop owner, who spoke limited English and the person who does hair spoke none. However, my hair was styled lovely and as a Black female with braids, that says alot. The tea ceremony was nice, but quick...understand as i was solo, but unable to ask questions due to language barrier. The fee to have a photographer was high, and they send you out into the community but without a photographer it's uncessary (when they asked me if I wanted to go outside I assumed it was a garden, not the neighborhood, but again, without an English speaking guide it was hard to know what options I had). I wish I had picked another vendor, but the kimono experience and tea ceremony is a must do!!

Best experience I had in Tokyo so far. They did traditional hair and dressed you in a kimono you got to pick yourself, then walked you to enjoy a tea ceremony. The staff was extremely kind and the overall experience was incredible. Definitely a must do if you’re in Tokyo! 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent experience both with having a hair style created and the choice of kimonos was impressive. The tea ceremony itself was calm , informative and a chance to try it for oneself. Our host was lovely and gracious as were the hair and dress assistants - thank you
