We are a local Argentinian family from Buenos Aires and invite you to our Argentinian asado as we do for our friends. Together we will enjoy the best family barbecue in Palermo, Buenos Aires.
Let’s share an unforgettable moment, the best cuts of premium meats grilled by Marcelo who is much more than a Grillmaster, is the father of our family and puts his heart into every dish he makes.
Betty is the mother and soul of our family and who will guide you through the history of the Argentine Grill, its traditions and histories.
In addition, you will have a front row seat with a direct view of the grill where you will see the process from raw to cooked.

SPECIAL MENU FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR! Along with our family, you will live the tradition of roast and barbecue as families and friends do in Argentina, in the heart of Palermo, Buenos Aires. You will have a front row seat with a direct view of the grill, where you can see how the roast is prepared, from raw until it reaches your plate, enjoying this authentic Argentine experience. During the experience you will see how Marcelo lights the fire and cooks each piece. Plus, you'll be able to get down to cooking your own Rib-Eye! In our experience you will enjoy the comfort of our air-conditioned lounge with direct view of the grill. Relax in our cozy dining room and I lived an authentic Argentine roast with all the comfort you deserve! We prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and other food restrictions. In case of rain the development of the activity will not be modified, so it is not suspended. Ground floor, no unevenness. We have bathroom for special needs.

5.00Couldn’t be better! Gracious, bright, engaging hosts provided a wonderful evening of terrific food served with hi detailed explanations of the food preparations and anecdotes. Gaps in the action were filled with descriptions of Argentine culture and traditions. A memorable way to share an evening!!

5.00What a fantastic evening!! This place is hidden away and you'll need to book a session online BUT its incredible. A total little surprise; Marcelo our Grill Master was exceptional. The passion, warmth and family feel he created despite speaking very little English was amazing. Tonight we had his daughter Veronica as the English MC who explained everything and translated where needed. Experience - like being at a perfect family meal. Welcomed and truely authentic Food - exceptionally cooked meats, all steps explained and cooked live infront at the table grill Contact - brilliant communication via WhatsApp. If you are looking for something to do during your trip do come and meet this lovely family. Very much worth it!!

5.00Betty and Marcelo and their daughter, Veronica, hosted such a lovely experience! It was fun, they engaged with each of us, the wine was flowing and I left full and happy! Marcelo is an expert at the grill and Betty explained many of the things that he was doing. She speaks multiple languages. Veronica was very personable and made an effort to talk to each group and gave me lots of recommendations for what to do in BA! The food was phenomenal, and I definitely recommend this experience to anyone!
