We are a local Argentinian family from Buenos Aires and invite you to our Argentinian asado as we do for our friends. Together we will enjoy the best family barbecue in Palermo, Buenos Aires. WE ONLY USE PASTURE MEAT - 100% GRASS FED.
We will share an unforgettable moment, the best cuts of premium grass meats, 100% grass fed, grilled by Marcelo who is much more than a Grillmaster, is the father of our family and puts his heart into every dish he makes.
Betty is the mother and soul of our family and who will guide you through the history of the Argentine Grill, its traditions and histories.
In addition, you will have a front row seat with a direct view of the grill where you will see the process from raw to cooked.
We will share this meal in the workshop located in the heart of Palermo Soho, Buenos Aires. IG @bettyandmarcelo

Along with our family, you will live the tradition of roast and barbecue as families and friends do in Argentina, in the heart of Palermo, Buenos Aires. You will have a front row seat with a direct view of the grill, where you can see how the roast is prepared, from raw until it reaches your plate, enjoying this authentic Argentine experience. GRASS MEATS ONLY, 100% GRASS FED. During the experience you will see how Marcelo lights the fire and cooks each piece. Plus, you’ll be able to get down to it by cooking your own Rib-Eye of the highest quality, fed only with grass. In our experience you will enjoy the comfort of our air-conditioned lounge with direct view of the grill. Relax in our cozy dining room and I lived an authentic Argentine roast with all the comfort you deserve! We prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and other food restrictions. In case of rain the development of the activity will not be modified, so it is not suspended. Ground floor, no unevenness. We have bathroom for special needs.

5.00We booked an Asado dinner with Betty and Marcello and we did not leave hungry! Marcello is the best cook and their daughter Veronica kept our wine glasses full. Betty was so helpful to share information about the Argentinean culture and she created a family dinner table atmosphere. We are so thankful we found them for a fun evening out. At the last minute, we decided to book an add on Mate Experience with Veronica for an hour before the scheduled dinner. This may have been our favorite part where we got to try the local Argentinean coffee replacement drink. Veronica gave us a history of the drink and let us try our own mixture of herbs. She also explained the cultural connection of Mate. We enjoyed a relaxing time visiting with the other guests as we shared this new experience. If offered, I would suggest adding the 45 minute pre-dinner activity to set the stage for a great evening. We enjoyed sharing the evening with this family!

5.00A spectacular experience!! Betty, Marcelo and Veronica are excellent hosts. A very pleasant dinner, we felt at home from the first moment and had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. I highly recommend it and would return whenever I was in Buenos Aires.
