We are a local Argentinian family from Buenos Aires and invite you to our Argentinian asado as we do for our friends. Together we will enjoy the best family barbecue in Palermo, Buenos Aires. WE ONLY USE PASTURE MEAT - 100% GRASS FED. It includes pairing with four varieties of premium wines from small producers.
We will share an unforgettable moment, the best cuts of premium grass meats, 100% grass fed, grilled by Marcelo who is much more than a Grillmaster, is the father of our family and puts his heart into every dish he makes.
Betty is the mother and soul of our family and who will guide you through the history of the Argentine Grill, its traditions and histories.
In addition, you will have a front row seat with a direct view of the grill where you will see the process from raw to cooked.
We will share this meal in the workshop located in the heart of Palermo Soho, Buenos Aires. IG @bettyandmarcelo

Along with our family, you will live the tradition of roast and barbecue as families and friends do in Argentina, in the heart of Palermo, Buenos Aires. You will have a front row seat with a direct view of the grill, where you can see how the roast is prepared, from raw until it reaches your plate, enjoying this authentic Argentine experience. GRASS MEATS ONLY, 100% GRASS FED. The pairing of four varieties of premium wines from different producers is included. During the experience you will see how Marcelo lights the fire and cooks each piece. Plus, you’ll be able to get down to it by cooking your own Rib-Eye of the highest quality, fed only with grass. In our experience you will enjoy the comfort of our air-conditioned lounge with direct view of the grill. Relax in our cozy dining room and I lived an authentic Argentine roast with all the comfort you deserve! We prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and other food restrictions. In case of rain the development of the activity will not be modified, so it is not suspended. Ground floor, no unevenness. We have bathroom for special needs.

5.00What a wonderful experience! So delicious, heartwarming and fun. My 10-year old son and I loved the asado dishes, particularly the meat cuts and foods we don’t typically see in the U.S.- choripan, matambre, etc. I have food allergies and don’t drink alcohol but had no issues during this experience at all. The hosts didn’t just accommodate me, but everything was amazingly delicious. It’s a family operation and it was wonderful to see the mother-father-daughter team doing something they love together. Marcelo is an amazing cook and the food was unforgettable. Sitting at the long table with other guests from all over the world was fun and added great conversation to the great food. Highly recommend!

5.00Our favorite experience in Buenos Aires! Betty, Marcelo and Veronica did such a great job! The space is beautiful and filled with mementos, making it feel like you’re in their home. Marcelo’s special salt and touch on the grille made it the best steak dinner we had out of the one fine dining and two parillas steak dinners. We would highly recommend it!

5.00Betty, Marcelo and Veronica host a fantastic Asado! They are welcoming, the food is amazing and we learned a lot about Argentina as a whole. Marcelo’s steaks were our favorite of any parilla or steak house we had. I would definitely include this on ANY Buenos Aires itinerary.

5.00Betty and Marcelo are so warm and friendly. It’s more than food, it’s an experience. This is as good as any parilla in Buenos Aires and I would prioritize doing this over one of them if you only have one night for an Argentine steak experience.
