We start with a smallish 5 metre abseil. If you have abseiled before this abseil gets you back in the swing of things. If you have never abseiled before it teaches you the technique of abseiling. From here we head straight on to 15 metre abseils which you can do a couple of times. Then with your instructor explaining each step, you progress through to our 30 metre adrenaline pumping overhanging abseil. This takes us up until about midday when we break for our famous lunch. Then we travel to the Grose Valley, north of Katoomba. A short walk takes you to the first of 5 abseils up to 20-metres high. The canyon is narrow, steep and spectacular! A 45-minute walk with stunning views brings us back to the car.

5.00Zol was an excellent guide throughout the whole day of abseiling and canyoning! We really enjoyed ourselves and this is a fantastic way to see the Blue Mountains in a different light.

5.00We had an amazing time with Zol, abseiling and canyoning in Jugglers Canyon. Zol was professional, encouraging and ensured our safety. The canyon is beautiful and we felt so privileged to be able to explore it up close! Definitely recommend to those looking for an adventure.

5.00Fabulous trip! Highly recommend. Juggler canyon was beautiful, with amazing abseiling. Brian was terrific, he was a good teacher & kept us all safe. We’ll be back again to try a different canyon with the team.

5.00What a fun and fantastic first experience abseiling! This is the perfect tour for beginners since no experience is required and the guides will teach you all you need to know to set you up for success. Zol and Brian were excellent, patient, and knowledgable guides who made sure everyone in the group was safe and felt comfortable throughout the whole tour. The views throughout the tour were immaculate. The sandwiches provided during lunch were delicious! We had a great group as well during our adventure, which made the day even better. If you're debating on whether to do this tour or the half day abseiling adventure, I highly recommend this one since you'll be able to abseil in Juggler Canyon with the beautiful forest landscape.

5.00What an amazing experience, can’t recommend this tour enough. We stayed at the YHA and did the tour with High and Wild I’m almost 50, and our kids 18,17,14 had the best time, weather wasn’t very nice, but this absolutely added to the whole experience, don’t feel like you can’t do these sorts of things in the summer months only, the cloud, must and rain just added to the day. The food supplied for lunch was very tasty, and the way the whole day was organised just worked really well, our guides Ben and Micha were fantastic, knowledgeable and very experienced. It is rare I feel like these sorts of experience’s offer good value for money, but absolutely feel this one did! Thanks so much, our family will have these memories for ever. Wayne. Sydney.

5.00We had an amazing time. We felt very safe with our guides Zoltan and Carly (Karly?). They were extremely helpful and positive. They were ably supported by a very enthusiastic work experience lad who added to the enjoyment. We shared the trip with a lovely family of four and got on famously! We were taken to two different locations, each with their own challenges. Everyone got through unscathed. Because conditions changed we also got to use a flying fox and went spelunking! We got back late in the dark. The walk back up was tough going but worth it for the experience going down. I'm in my early 60's and quite fit and had no problems. I'd recommend High and Wild and this particular adventure to everyone. Thank you for a great day.

5.00Did the abseiling at Mt York Lookout and had an awesome day with our guides Carly and Zolton. They were super friendly and accommodating and gave great variety of experiences based on people’s abilities. Will definitely be coming back to do the canyoning day soon if it’s even half as good as the abseiling.
