We had a wonderful tour guide- Bruno. He was knowledgeable and personable. Even though we couldn’t get to the top of Jungfrau (due to a train issue- no fault of Viator), Bruno turned this into a great excursion with an unscheduled visit in Lauterbrunnen where we had time to experience Raclette and Cheese Fondue. And Viator very promptly refunded part of the excursion fee due to the unforeseen glitch. We were totally impressed with both Bruno and Viator.

Very fun trip. Our main guide (I already forgot her name) was really good. Unfortunately the day we went it was very cloudy/snowy on top of the mountain so the visibility was literally zero. Fortunately though, as we ascended/descended the mountain there were a lot of great scenery. The only serious issue i had with this excursion is that there were several people in the group and it was hard to understand our guide at times without the benefit of any kind of audio listening device...which made it somewhat stressful trying to keep up with her as we hopped off/on trains and gondolas.

Our tour leader was lovely but she very quiet. May be due to some difficult people. Sometimes she wasn't able keeping group together. These difficult people often decided to take their own direction. Towards the end, she did get louder and better control. We did enjoy the day, very beautiful.
