Guests may visit top scenic sights in Kaohsiung City(City High Light Tour), guests may also modify itineraries and activities in Kaohsiung city area within time limitation(message us before the tour).

If guest wish to visit Chi-jin island( Chi-jin fort, Kaohsiung light house, Seafood street), please let us know in advance, we will modify the route for you, we will travel to Chi-jin Island by underwater tunnel, guest won't need to change transportation or pay extra ferry fee.

We can also pre-book restaurants(local snacks like soup dumplings or Taiwanese family style cuisine,..etc), activities( Foot massage, Bike riding, Pineapple cake baking, Taiwan tea tasting..etc).

The remaining hours are allotted for the transportation.

Guest may book extra licensed tour guide with prefered language, feel free to contact us with your special requirements.

Ken had. Great English I had to make a quick appointment in the local hospital and he designed the Tour around that and showed the best of his wonderful City. The Driver was also very proficient. We had a wonderful day. He kept on buying his treats..

Best day ever! Communication was amazing before we arrived which made everything so easy. Mr. Yang met us at the terminal and gave us a perfectly tailored to our needs tour. We travel with walkers and portable oxygen and everything was planned with minimal walking. Shortly after we started it began to rain and he quickly rearranged our tour so we could see and take pictures out the windows and drove us to a few areas of interest that weren’t on our original plan as we had extra time since we preferred to not walk outside in the rain. He answered all of our questions and was full of stories as well. Kaoshiung is beautiful and so diverse, we had a wonderful day.

Friendly young man named Jose as leader. He responded 100% to our wishes. We had very good conversations, not just ticking off sights. Prudent driver with super-confortable car. English was easy to understand, although sometimes something had to be asked. Total: Highly recommended!

Great trip to get to see the many unusual and beautiful temples, walk through the dragons mouth and come out the tigers mouth. Loved the dome of light. Enjoyed a stop for delicious beef noodles. Ken our guide made the experience easy for us oldies - he was very knowledgeable.

We visited all the key places mentioned in the itinerary including a couple of fun spots along the way. Maggie was an exceptional guide who provided lots of background and fun facts. She was very accommodating and a great ambassador and passionate about the history. It was an exceptionally warm day and she and her driver made sure we were comfortable, cool, and hydrated. We highly recommend Maggie!

Kaohsiung is a very friendly place. Upon coming out of the cruise ship, we are welcomed by dancers in their very colorful outfits. We were greeted by by Maggie, our tour guide. She took us to the highlights of Kaohsiung .The temples and pagodas were so intricately and colorful ly made. The dome of light is a must to see. Maggie is a very knowledgeable and excellent tour guide.

This would be a 5-star tour except for the fact that we paid for an English-speaking tour guide and the guide provided didn’t speak much English at all. Fortunately for us, we had a Chinese speaker in our group that provided translation. The guide was very nice and accommodating. We had asked to go somewhere for lunch and they found a great local restaurant. Overall we really did enjoy the tour.

We requested an English speaking guide, our guide spoke NO English. Eventually, we were presented with a lovely guide that spoke broken English and tried very hard but it was Chinese New Year and the traffic was horrific. We were unable to find parking at most venues so we drive by and looked from afar. Quite disappointing

Hey, our guide, Young, barely spoke English, but he rocked Google Translate! Might not work for everyone, but we loved the tour. Young totally customized it for us. That Toyota van? Best tour vehicle ever! We were on a cruise, and another group of six had a different driver; we were with them for a bit. They said their driver didn't use a translator – they were bummed, but one person spoke Mandarin, so that helped.

Very good tour itinerary for a 4 hour cruise shore excursion. Driver arrived promptly at designated location, name sign in hand. Very very nice luxury van for the four seniors touring. Unfortunately the driver/tour guide spoke no English. Communication all through iPad with google translate this works OK but not the same as conversing in face to face, but overall a good experience and I would recommend this tour
