Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
We depart immediately after check-in so no late arrivals will be permitted
Not recommended for participants with recent back, knee or ankle injuries
No open wounds
Participants must be in good physical condition and able to hike approximately two miles through rocky, muddy and slippery terrain
Must wear shoes that are secure to your feet. No flip flops.
Please bring plenty of water.
Other recommended items to bring: swimsuits, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, snacks, and a towel.
Ziploc bags should be used for cell phones or cameras that are not waterproof
No alcohol
Age restriction is 13-69
Not recommended for travelers with recent knee, ankle or back injuries

5.00Zach was well prepared, organized, informative, and humorous. A great trip! I used bug spray but still got a little bitten up. Rash guard top and kerns on my feet worked well!

5.00We scheduled a kayak tour with one of several guided kayak companies…because it seemed like it would be good to have someone pointing stuff out and making it fun. Little did we know that we got SO LUCKY with Duke’s - “Hawaiian Brian” not only made the tour fun, but knows the Hawaiian language and history and … aloha attitude. He explained a lot of background along the way and asked us to be respectful truly of the ecosystem and others (which I loved), but honestly at the waterfall he also was answering questions for other tours and made it fun for everyone. He’s also a good photographer (haha) and just genuinely enjoys people and galling you enjoy time on the garden island. Thanks, Brian!!! Very positive on this experience. 🙂

5.00This was a great trip be prepared to ade through rivers and have shoes that will cope with that. Beautiful trip but quite physical if you are not used to kayaking/hiling. Fun guide

5.00This was so much more than I expected. So much fun, highly recommend. Absolutely beautiful waterfall at the end. Zach was a great tour guide. We were the oldest couple in our group, slower than the others, but he was so encouraging and helpful.

5.00Wonderful experience !!! Lots of opportunities for physical activity, while in the essence of nature. Our guide Zach ensured we had plenty of fun all while making sure we were safe throughout our tour. I would highly recommend Zach and Dukes Paddleboard company for your next island outdoor experience!!

5.00Very muddy in some parts and a few water crossings, so expect to get wet and muddy. The waterfall is worth it alone but the scenery and birds were just as beautiful. Our guide was a hoot and did a great job making sure everyone stayed safe and with the group.
