Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
We depart immediately after check-in so no late arrivals will be permitted
Not recommended for participants with recent back, knee or ankle injuries
No open wounds
Participants must be in good physical condition and able to hike approximately two miles through rocky, muddy and slippery terrain
Must wear shoes that are secure to your feet. No flip flops.
Please bring plenty of water.
Other recommended items to bring: swimsuits, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, snacks, and a towel.
Ziploc bags should be used for cell phones or cameras that are not waterproof
No alcohol
Age restriction is 13-69
Not recommended for travelers with recent knee, ankle or back injuries

5.00Excellent experience. Beautiful scenery and great physical exercise. This is not for anyone that can’t maneuver slippery surfaces on a hike. My only suggestion would be to make the trip an hour longer so that there was more time to take in all the beautiful scenery. Excellent and knowledgeable guide.

5.00Deep breath and relax. Hawaiian Brian will get you to the falls, explain lots on the way, and do so in such a chill way that the type A's in the group will be going a bit crazy. But... his chill attitude made it so we weren't in the middle of the crowd and we got to experience the waterfall almost empty of people.

5.00This is a nice paddle down the Wailua River. The guide made sure that everyone stayed together. She also took picture for you and of you that she shared at the end for no cost. The hike is not difficult. You do have to watch where you step and you step over lots of branches. It is slippery so when they offer you a walking stick at the beginning take them up on it. Views are amazing!

5.00Zach aka the bird whisper was a wonderful guide. This was a great activity!!! We love kayaking and hiking and this did both! The views were stunning and the waterfall at the end of the hike, Just wow!!! Highly recommend!! 4 total miles of kayaking, about 1.5 miles of hiking.

5.00Wonderful day kayaking and hiking. Zack was terrific, had everyone’s safety in mind, and gave a lot of good pointers/help along the way - very good communicator. I would advise you be in pretty good shape for this adventure. Crossing the streams and navigating the slippery mud and rocks can be challenging - however sticks were provided and that helped so much. High recommend!
Paddle and hike worth taking... for adventure.

5.00A good long paddle,a good long hike across rivers and streams, some quite exciting, a great stop at the foot and behind Secret Falls, then repeat in reverse order. Michaela out guide was excellent!
