  The best thing we did in Hawaii. Our friends had never been in a small airplane and absolutely loved the experience. Our Pilot grew up on the island and was very knowledgable about the terrain, environment and history. So glad we booked this flight!

  The weather was perfect for Cessna flying, and we took full advantage of it. This hour-long tour is a great way to get an overview of Kaua’i’s coastal and inland areas, and plan where you want to explore further. Travis’s stories about the historical/cultural significance of each place really heightened our appreciation for the island and its people. The biggest highlight was flying past the Mount Wai’ale’ale Crater, a truly dramatic, steep-walled basin at the top of one of the world’s wettest spots. The caldera is usually mist-shrouded, so we were thrilled to see it. Strongly recommend!

  Absolutely unforgettable experience! The private airplane tour over Kauai was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip. The views were breathtaking, and the Napali Coast was especially incredible—pictures don’t do it justice. Because it was just my husband and me on the flight, the pilot was incredibly attentive and made sure I got all the photos I wanted, circling and pointing out the best angles. It felt personal, relaxed, and truly special. Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see Kauai from the air in the best possible way.

  This was hands down the best tour on the island. Travis was our pilot and he was equally knowledgeable and professional and so laid back. It was such an amazing tour. We got to see and learn about so many wonderful and beautiful things about Kauai.

  After reading many reviews that this was the hilight of people's vacations, I booked the 2-person private cessna air tour. I really wanted to see the Napali Coast. As soon as we got in the airplane, I was nervous. I didn't realize how small these planes really are. When you're flying in them, it feels like you're truly in God's hands. I was scared to be in such a small plane high in the air. I tried to relax my fears to take in the beautiful scenery. But once we'd reached the half way point (experiencing clouds and turbulence) a red light started flashing on the dashboard. Our pilot informed us there was a "low voltage" indicator flashing and out of caution, he had to turn around for our safety. He assured us we had enough battery to land and even if he had no rudders or coms, he could still land the plane safely. But I was TERRIFIED. We flew back to the airport in silence. I prayed the entire way back. Thankfully, we landed safely. While I'm thankful that we LIVED to see another day and didn't have an emergency landing, I was very disappointed that we never got to see the Napali Coast. If I had to do it all over again, I would have booked a boat tour instead. Beware! The views are beautiful but you are definitely assuming a calculated risk getting in a small cessna airplane. I would NOT do this a second time. Once was enough. Thankfully the company did refund our money for the flight.

  An amazing experience. Koah was our pilot he was brilliant so much information and made our day. A definite to do. Thanks again to all at Wings over Kauai.

  Wow, wow, wow, we made a private flight when we were 4. It was amazing. Getting the chance to see Kauai and all those wonders while flying was magical. Our pilot was also exceptional. A smooth flight and landing, a choice of music perfect according to the landscape and always listening to its passengers. To do without hesitation. I think the abbreviation for the pilot's first name was Kéo?

  Had an absolutely amazing time! Geoffrey was fantastic. He pointed out all the waterfalls and had music perfectly chosen for the different areas. We would definitely go again!
