5.00The Kauai Deluxe Waterfall Safari Helicopter tour was one of the best things we did on the island. The helicopter views were absolutely stunning, from mountains and valleys to waterfalls and beaches, the entire experience was unforgettable. Our pilot Daly was very friendly and knowledgeable, the 45 minute ride was smooth, safe and well organized. Expensive, but 100% worth it—highly recommend! 🌴🚁💦

1.00Stay away from this place. Would have given them a minus 10 if I could. We booked a tour months ago and received an email as we pulled up the morning of saying that our flight was canceled. We understand things happen but the ladies working were extremely rude about everything. Of course we had an attitude after the way we were treated. They wanted to argue with us about our time which we had on our emails. Someone in our party showed her the email and the woman working said she had no idea where that came from. Well... it was from them. If they had been nicer to us and apologized I would NOT have been writing this review. And they didn't even offer to pay us for our taxi ride since we wasted our time and money.

1.00The original flight was cancelled as we arrived at the helipad. Then they rescheduled it a second time which was too later for my mom to attend. A few hours before the flight my son was too afraid to get on the helicopter due to all the issues with the helicopters. They refused to reimburse my flight. I would highly recommend you use a different carrier.
