Waiting times for cable cars and popular attractions (such as Gubałówka) may be long, particularly during high season. The tour operator has no control over queues or waiting times.

Excellent experience. Eric, the guide, always attentive to all our needs striving at all times to make us comfortable. He gave us all kinds of information with entertaining and entertaining explanations. The only thing I would change is the times, i.e. I would put one more hour in Zakopane and one less hour in the baths

Discover Krakow - with Antoni The journey from start to finish was amazing, our tour guide Antoni was very easy to talk to and funny. the information he gave was very interesting from facts about the mountains, the vodka, the whole place. He even talked us though where to get tickets and what to expect when entering the thermal baths/water park. The tour was just the right amount of talking/ direction while leaving space for us to explore and enjoy the views. Would 100% book again with Antoni

Our experience, I would say, was really excellent, especially thanks to Antoni, our driver. Our transportation was absolutely safe and comfortable throughout the whole journey. Antoni was very kind, friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. He really did everything to make us comfortable and have all the comforts, while offering us local products, which made the experience even more authentic and pleasant. What made the experience even more special was the fact that it offered us a small but very interesting tour of the surrounding villages. She shared with us information about the area, its history and local traditions, which we highly appreciated. Overall, our experience was impeccable and Antoni contributed significantly to this. We highly recommend him!
