5.00Had a fantastic day we were picked up by a lovely chap called Merek and he spent day with us also as interpreter during our Salt mines trip. We explored the mines, took train rides and even boarded a boat as we were guided through the day with our guide’s expert knowledge none of this was scripted all information was directly passed on from the main tour guide himself and Merek did amazingly well to interpret. You could see quite clearly the main tour guides passion in his work.

5.00This was honestly one of the best and also strangest most unique experiences. What made our time the best though was our amazing, funny guide Mirek. He was helpful, funny, motivating, took amazing photos and helped keep our energy up the whole time!! Also the pick up and drop off was really well communicated and Mirek was super flexible with it making the entire day from start to end enjoyable and stress free. We really have never experienced anything like this tour, it was so interesting. Recommend booking it and requesting Mirek as your guide! From Anna and Taylah

4.00Our host and driver Merek was excellent. What a lovely man and had excellent English - he really tried to translate through the whole tour. He actually made the tour more enjoyable as we booked the wrong salt mines and this was not what we were expecting. The mines were interesting and we enjoyed our day.
The boat was the best part! A definite must add to your tour

5.00The company was very good with communication and the tour guide also ensured great communication. It was also nice we had a small group (only 7) we were able to meet up at the salt mine so that worked very well. They were very accommodating .

5.00Maciek was an absolutely fantastic host and more than looked after us throughout the entire day. He went out of his way to make our experience as good as possible and we can’t thank him enough. I’m sure it wouldn’t have been the same without him. Salt mines were great - lots of walking. Brilliant slide, train & boat ride!

5.00Really enjoyable and informative teip, couldnt fault it. We were informed of the pickup time and location the nigjt before our teip along with a map to help get us there. Pawel, our guide was lovely, he took us to the salt mines, informed us of what to expect and stayed with us until the guide in the mines (Dominika) took over. The short train and boat tides were a unique bonus. Really good, interesting, trip - tiring but worth it.

5.004 of us booked the trip to the Saltmine at. Bochnia, The day prior to our trip, I was concerned as we hadn’t received any update on pick up times/location so I was beginning to panic but around just after 7pm John our driver messaged with full details I was just being premature 😂. Trip day we were picked up on time by John and given a great drive to the mine at Bochnia. There John fully informed us how the tour would pan out and helped the mines tour guide set us up with the audio guides etc. The tour itself was great there were multimedia bits that made it better than just a dry commentary, there was a lot of walking!! But John had already warned us of this. We had a short break mid wayish and we time for a coffee and hotdog at the cafe underground. The next part of the tour was the boat ride, which was short but still an enjoyable experience and worthwhile. All in all the trip was very good and I’d happily recommend it to anyone it helped with John our driver accompaning us for the whole tour, he was brilliant.

5.00Nice experience, nice media-rich tour. Very informative, train ride also very nice. Don't stare blindly at the boat trip; this is a bit of sailing from one side to the other in a canal. They should have left me out, but that's purely personal. Our personal guide, Margaret, was very involved and social. Immediately felt kind of at home. Nice stuff in the shop. Definitely worth it.
