3.0The location and experience was great. I do though recommend booking direct with the skyrail. You get the same experience. Same cost. But they have more shuttles so you won't be waiting around for a specific time.

1.0The scenic railway was closed due to recent flooding. Viator contacted me via email at 0645 in the morning to tell me that thie excursion had changed. I, however don’t look at email (they have my number) and i took an uber to the meeting point which is when I found out. It was too late to cancel the tour. So I got half the trip for full price and no compensation. The Skyrail was just to small tourist type towns and only had shops and eats. Basically I went over a bunch of trees.
