Unfriendly application: forced to be on the phone for plotting and to have access to puzzles a priori (we personally did not have access to this). The GPS course was not working. Why pay for several when there is only one person who has access to the application afterwards?

The Adventure doesn't give good enough directions to get to next destination. Then you get out of the game zone and you're stuck with no clues and no direction to travel.

Once we managed to get on the App we successfully located the first 4 clues. It wasn't hard as all we had to do was follow the route on the map. At that point I wanted to use my camera so opened that on my phone. I then tried to go into the App again to continue but all it would let me do is go back to the start, which was very frustrating. After several attempts we gave up and did our own thing. Following the map on my phone was also quite distracting and I felt I didn't get to see everything enroute.

A really good way to get your bearings in the town. We definitely discovered areas of the town we would not have found otherwise. We did it on bikes which was fine- the town is VERY bike friendly. One clue was a little obtuse we felt but we weren't fussed about the timings and points so it didn't matter. Definitely worth the very low cost !

Took our money and failed to deliver. Couldn’t access - no support - refund refused. Booked in good faith - see other reviews - a scam.

Nice walk but the puzzles are a bit far-fetched, it is aimed more at children/teenagers than adults.

This was our first Questo Outdoor Escape Game experience. We thoroughly enjoyed walking around La Rochelle, and visiting parts of the town that we wouldn't have otherwise seen, and noticing statues, buildings and attractions that might have otherwise passed us by. The questions were challenging but solvable, and we were extremely proud to achieve full marks at the end. Thank you for inviting us to have a go. We will definitely try out Questo again in other towns and cities.
