  Very well communicated with my wife and myself. Mike was amazing and very good knowledge of the history.we were so happy to learn more about Vietnam culture. Nice city , perfect transport. This is an excellent way to see the whole view of the city from Heaven Gate

  We had a fabulous time on this tour . It really well-planned, was under controlled by our guide Mike. He was at keeping an eye on everyone as the group can contact together . Because we were a member of Team Mike.

  JOSHUA is our tour guide to marble mountain and hoi an today. He is excelent explaining places history and told us small suggestion before touring so we can prepare correctly

  If you are short on time and want to cover a lot of ground in the Da Nang and Hoi An areas this is a great option. We felt like we saw and learned a lot and did so much in just one day! Our guide Luan-“The Handsome Lung” was absolutely fantastic. He calls you his family and he treats you as such. He truly made it a wonderful experience for us and I would highly recommend a tour with him to anywhere! Thanks Luan! 🥰

  Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience on this tour. Our guide's name was Kevin and while the visit to the Lady Buddha was enjoyable, the tour kind of went down hill from there. My husband recently had knee surgery and we explained to our guide many times that his mobility is limited. He assured us that my husband would be able to move around the first level of Marble Mountain easily (he wasn't) and that it wasn't a problem. I also let him know that we read on the tour description that an elevator is available to take up to the Xi Tower level of the mountain. Kevin told us that using the elevator would only save us around 25 steps of 156 and it wouldn't be worth taking it. So, he left my husband and I on the ground by ourselves and took the rest of the group up the back stairs. Come to find out that what he told us was not true and instead of staying on the ground, we could have taken the elevator at least up to the tower to explore and see the view while the rest of the group went all the way to the top. There were other people in our group who were upset because they said if they knew that the elevator went up 146 steps, they would have taken it and walked the rest of the way instead of walking the entire thing in the extreme heat. We missed out on that activity unnecessarily and were very upset. When we told him, he initially lied and said that the elevator was not available that day and then finally admitted that he simply did not want to wait in the queue. It put a damper on the rest of the tour where we were often left on our own for the remainder of the day. On the drive home, Kevin tried to make up for his earlier behavior but by then, we just wanted the tour to end. It was an unfortunate experience, especially because we were looking forward to the day. If a location is accessible for disabled people, then the guide should allow guests who need that accommodation to use it instead of lying because they don't want to wait.
