We only had a few hours in overwhelmingly beautiful and huge Bangkok with a long list of “must see” and “must do”. Lilly was thoughtful, cheerful, and great in planning and time management to make it all happen for us. She also went above and beyond taking pictures and videos for us, and negotiating on our behalf! She truly made us fall in love with Bangkok! It is an unbelievable beautiful city, the Royal palace and Temple of Dawn can be considered wonders of the world.
Last minute booking whistle-stop tour

We cancelled our trip with Celebrity 3 days before and made a late booking for this 8 hour tour which included travel from port and return. Driver was on time picked up our lovely guide Tom at the Golden Buddha and had a whistle-stop tour of Bangkok. Tom was conscious of time but we saw all the temples requested had a Tuk Tuk ride which enabled further photo stops not in the itinerary. A fabulous lunch in a local restaurant and the reclining Buddha finished the day. This trip suited our needs as the cancelled trip was 14 hours on and off a coach this was 4 of us in a mini bus which a cracking guide who couldn't do enough for us.

It was a long drive from our cruise ship, but Alice, our guide, gave a wonderful tour of the grand Palace and the many other Bangkok highlights (lots of temples). We had a wonderful Thai lunch. Highly recommend!

Guide Kanny was marvelous. Hit all our "must see" stops on very limited shore time. Travel from port to Bangkok only allowed 3 1/2 hrs to view temples. Kanny managed our tour so could fit everything we wanted to do, including a delicious Thai lunch. Note - three hr drive in morning from port to Grand Palace complex. Two hrs for return drive. You really need minimum 9 hours for this tour. We were lucky our ship had a long enough stay in port.
