1.00There was no Wi-Fi. No audio. No one to assist with questions. Googled on my own to try to figure it out without success. Sure, views were fine but no idea what we were looking at. Buy through local ticket booth. There’s a QR code to scan. Get a 5chf credit to use at snack bar. Used Viator many times, but this was a bust.

3.00The boat is awesome and has tons of great windows and viewpoints. To make this a more quality experience, Viator needs to book 75 less tickets per boat ride. There’s no space and way too many people. Still glad we did it, we got lucky and got a good spot but most didn’t…

3.00The tour advertised commentary that we did not receive. For 2 reasons. 1st , upon boarding I asked the deck hand if we could sit upstairs. He said if course . We received no advice to grab some earphones first or how to receive commentary. We sat upstairs. 2nd The speakers upstairs did not work and we did not hear any announcements. No staff checked in to advise. We enjoyed the view but paid for a service we did not receive.
