The experience will take place in the Chueca neighborhood in the heart of Madrid.

We will begin by preparing and tasting a traditional Spanish sangria, or a nice wine from Rioja, Spain's most famous wine region (beer/soft drinks are also available).

We'll then prepare Tortilla Española, one of Spain’s best tapa dishes, warming up to learn the paella.

To learn paella the authentic way, I will teach you my secret Valencian paella recipe, while we enjoy good conversations. .

Once the paella is finished, we will enjoy eating our traditional Spanish meal.

Paloma’s experience was amazing. She made us feel very welcome and is very passionate about what she does. She did an excellent job at explaining the history behind paella and the festivals. She was a great teacher!! I highly recommend this experience.

We had a great experience in Paloma’s class! We made delicious food and thoroughly cooking and chatting with the host. Paloma is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history and culture surrounding paella. Highly recommend if you’re in Madrid.

You must go to this class if you are in Madrid!!! The food was amazing and authentic and our host was so kind and entertaining. We had the best time!!!

I've booked this activity for my client for a business teambuilding. They were 7 persons and they enjoyed the happy mood of Paloma during this cooking class. Paloma also shared some information about Paella and Valencia where she come from. It was an enjoyable moment that I recommend.
