  It was just myself and a friend on the tour but we were greeted by two guides! Martin and Canice both turned up and we enjoyed their company for the tour, each enthusiastically telling us much about this lovely city. A great walking tour showcasing the different aspects of the city, its history, its culture and its people both past and present. Good value for money and time well spent.

  10/10 tour. Martin was fabulous and was friendly and knowledgeable. There was so much we didn’t know about the city. The admission fee was cheap, the length of the tour was perfect. He brought us to low-key places and even gave us recommendations for after the tour. Best for all ages! Thank you Martin.

  This is an easy pace for all. Our guide was very informative and we saw so many things and learned so much from him. Our visit to Liverpool was certainly enhanced by this tour.

  A back to basics tour covering all of the important buildings in and around the quay area. Brilliant guide who knew so much and was happy to provide unique insights into Liverpool that we never knew. Highly recommended , thank you

  Loved our tour with Martin. He was warm, friendly and shared so much knowledge of Liverpool’s history without being at all geeky. The walk was fun and well worth the money. Thumbs up to Martin from Londoners Dean & Jenny

  Despite there only being my wife and I on the tour (it was midweek in December!) we had a great time. Even though I'm from Liverpool our guide, Martin, was able to point out interesting things I didn't know. The walk itself was not too taxing and the hour and a half went by in a flash. Great value for money and well worth it if you know nothing about Liverpool's history or, even if you think you know it all - like me - you probably don't

  A wonderful tour from Martin with a group of 9 friends. Martin made it both informative and entertaining, his knowledge and passion for Liverpool was incredible. It didn’t matter what questions we had he was able both to answer it and add other facts and stories. All round a wonderful tour.
