5.00We chose a terrible night to do this tour. It was freezing cold and rainy which, of course, was outside of the tour companies control. What they could control, they did amazing! Our tour guide Steve had the odds stacked against him but he did such a good job! He still brought the energy and excitement and did his very best! This tour is a great way to quickly see the city on limited time.

5.00Emma our tour guide was absolutely wonderful, informative and very funny. Due to a technical difficulty we had the opportunity to stop at big Ben and the photos she took were brilliant to remember the fabulous bus tour

1.00Do NOT book this tour for 1st January. Many road closures due to an earlier New Year's day parade which resulted in the bus not being able to access certain roads and Christmas lights as advertised. Roads were also grid locked and meeting point for tour changed. Golden Tours were aware in advance of these issues and didnt communicate with their customers. Awful experience.

5.00We live in Greater London and always see the lights but it was a bit more special with a view from the top of a bus with a fun and informative tour guide.
A wonderful, relaxing, informative drive around the Capital, the pretty lights were great too!

5.00Our lights bus tour was magnificent. Our guide James & driver Imran were a perfect pairing. I don't know what I necessarily expected from the tour, basically I assumed driving round going "oooh, pretty lights!" What we got was a thoroughly interesting, narrated chat about London with some giggles thrown in, for good measure. We went on a Sunday evening & traffic flowed well. So the tour lasted approximately 90 minutes. We also took our puppy on the trip & he became a little celebrity amongst the other passengers on the top deck. (I must say, he is a small dog & well behaved) The bus was completely full, so booking ahead is highly recommended. Also arriving in good time to choose seats was definitely an advantage, as it meant we were seated together. We actually used our Tesco Clubcard vouchers to book this, so that was an added bonus as it made it very cost effective. If I wanted to do another tour, I would certainly look to use this company again. Highly recommend & truly professional 👏

5.00Vida took us on an open top tour of the lights around the west end if London, Vida was both knowledgeable and funny for the 1.5 hours of the trip. We started and finished our trip at Victoria, the Bus stop was easy to find and the staff manning the stop were very helpful too. I would recommend Golden Tours.
