5.00Lucy made our Champagne Experience on the London Eye truly unforgettable. We enjoyed 30 minutes of uninterrupted views over London, and her care and professionalism elevated the entire experience. From the very beginning, she stood out by expertly guiding our group from a very crowded staging area to the front of the queue, making the boarding process smooth and stress‑free. Once in the pod, Lucy continued to impress by pointing out key landmarks across the city and explaining their history and significance in a clear, engaging way. She thoughtfully highlighted aspects of UK and British culture, which was especially valuable for those of us visiting from abroad. Her commentary was informative without ever feeling overwhelming, and her warm, delightful manner made everyone feel welcome. What struck us most was her integrity and character. Lucy kindly declined personal gratuities and instead encouraged us to share our appreciation through feedback about the London Eye experience. That gesture alone spoke volumes about her dedication to her role and the brand she represents. We highly recommend seeking out Lucy by name if you can—she turned a great attraction into a truly standout memory.

5.00We had a ball. Simple and easy tour. We did purchase the VIP experience which I would recommend. It is so neat to see all of London from a view like that.

5.00Amazing experience. I would definitely recommend getting the champagne experience for not much more. Holly was one of the best tour guides I've had. Super personable and knowledgeable. Hopefully she gets a raise soon!

5.00We were escorted to a special bar area prior to the ride that allowed us to get a cocktail and snack. The waitresses (Holly was the best) were so kind and helpful. Our guide (Elle) was super bubbly, informative, and friendly. Overall, a very good experience. Opportunities for good photos and the 30 min went very quickly.

5.00Me and my friend had the champagne experience on st Patrick’s day and it was the most amazing day!! The staff were so lovely and kind to us. Answers all our questions and were an absolute pleasure to talk to. The girls on bar were so lovely and our guide was the sweetest!

5.00Arnie our tour guide was fantastic he made the experience very enjoyable, especially as we have a terrible fear of heights! He interacted with everyone in the pod and was very informative and sociable 😊
