2.00The media on the bus wasn't working on the way back (and on the way to the studio it did but it was really really poor). There was no internet connection. Nobody explain anything about the tour. We were not told we had to enter the tour at a specific time. It is on the ticket, but we thought it was just the time to enter the studio. Please read about the tour before going. There are a lot of experiences to do, but some of them have a time schedule
Quicker than expected journey, tv didn't work but otherwise good ride.

4.00Bus was easy to find and comfy enough, not very spacious for if you have bags but it was okay. The journey said 2 hours but we only took 1 hour so got there early which was nice. There is little screens on the back of the chairs that you can play games on or watch the Harry potter movie but nobodies movie was working so that was a bit of a downer as we looked forward to seeing it. Otherwise it's a good way to get to the studio from London centre.
Studio tour was great, coach less so

4.00The studio tour was amazing, as many other reviews will tell you. The coaches were not so great though. On the trip to the studio tour, we had seatbelts but they didn’t work properly. Other than that it was alright. On the return journey we didn’t have seatbelts at all, the windows were completely covered so we couldn’t see anything except sunlight out of them, but the worst part was: There was an on-board entertainment screen that was SUPPOSED to play Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, but they didn’t actually start the DVD. So it was just stuck in the menu, with the menu music playing in a constant loop at a very loud volume for the ENTIRE ride. That was a very painful experience. I’m sure this was an isolated incident however.

5.00We used Goldedtours to organize a private chauffeur-driven trip between London and the Harry Potter Studios. The organization was perfect. The trip was initially scheduled for 7 hours, but we requested an additional 2 hours on site, which was granted without any problem. Communication was via email, and responses were almost immediate (24 hours before the scheduled date, even on Sunday mornings). We were picked up from our hotel on time, and the return trip was also punctual.

5.00Very communicative and helpful drivers, always on time, very polite as well and made us feel safe during the trip. As everything went as smoothly as possible I cannot rate it below 10/10 and I will definitely choose these services for future occasions.

5.00Harry Potter lovers should definitely opt for this activity Tours usually give 2 hrs to spend inside the studio,but it will take atleast 3 to 4 hrs to completely see It's a must have activity for Harry Potter lovers

4.00Terrific ride to the Warner brothers studio on a Harry Potter branded bus. Two monitors downstairs to watch the film during the journey, all be it silently. Journey back was very bumpy and rushed (half the time on the way back) monitors did not work so no chance of a film to pass the time.

1.00On a working day and in the morning, the Harry Potter-themed bus was not available in the low season. Not on the way back. They didn't play any movies either. With the money it cost, I think it's best to leave on your own.
