Long drive from Kings Cross. We were looking forward to beverages & snacks during our drive but none came. Maybe a movie, only on the way back. Thought we were getting a guided tour, a bit more personable, nope. Price was way to high for what we received. We were disappointed!

Coach was late and let a family at back of Q board first because they were Italian like the guy checking the tickets

For the trip to the studio, the bus exterior was with the Harry Potter branding. Unfortunately, for the return trip, it was a plain double decker bus. The whole experience would have been perfect if the return trip was also with the Harry Potter branded bus.

If you were mesmerized by the books and/or the movies, then this is the tour you need to go on. I appreciated that it was self-guided, so I didn't feel rushed. They make it a memorable experience by having some interactive "shows". It was wonderful to learn some behind the scenes this about the movie production as well.
