Our guide, Mark, was wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable, excitingly entertaining story teller and historian. We were even fortunate enough to see King Charles on his way to Buckingham Palace. Highly recommend!

The bus was extremely late and the next bus did not pick up passengers. Very disappointed. Won't use it again.

Not a good experience with this company. The only interaction we had that was positive was when one of their employees was at a stop and helped us figure out where to go. We had the app to track the buses and where they stopped, and we sat at one of the stops for almost 45 minutes without any of the buses showing up - the sign next to the stop said that was one of their stops, so we know we weren’t in the wrong place. In that same time, we saw 2 other bus tour companies’ busses a total of 7 times. The other two main companies are Big Bus Tours and City Sightseeing, go with one of them instead. They seem to be more consistent with their routes and are worth the money, but this company is not.
