The tour guide was awesome and of course the canyon was beautiful. We learned a lot and it was perfect for me and my family. My son is 14 and my daughter is 8 and they both enjoyed it. The weather was perfect this time of year. We went end of December. If your planning on going just know you or your family will climb some stairs but my 8 year old did great. The tour guides show you the best spots to take pictures inside the canyon and will take them for you to! It’s a very tight space so they don’t allow bags. You’re also not allowed to take videos because it’s on a reserve. Trust me it is worth it! It was a lot longer then I thought we took about a hour and a half to explore which I was happy about I was worried it be short and fast. The canyon does have a mini souvenir stop and some snacks if you get hungry that you can buy. Parking is right next to the canyon. Hope all this helps you with future planning on a trip.

Worth the hype. Beautiful canyon, much prettier than upper canyon, took us an hours to complete, and it was a tight squeeze in some areas. Prices through viator are twice the price, but we were able to get in during a busy and already booked time/date during the holidays, so I would say its worth it, if your procrastinated and were not able to book directly with the operators themselves. Our guide Colton was great, stuck with him the whole way and he took some great photos of us and taught us the perfect filter for our pictures.
