It had an amazing view and experience. The staff was very nice, respectful, and helpful. Our tour guide showed us all the best spots for photos and explained the science behind the canyon.

It is amazing canyon but the minus is that you can’t even take a lot of pictures of yourself because the tour guide is rushing you. I spent over $90 for this trip and I couldn’t enjoy this canyon because constantly somebody was rushing me

It had amazing views and well worth going! You can only take water and a camera which I suggest taking water if it is hot. If you are claustrophobic it might not be a good idea to go. We got there before our scheduled time and they allowed us to go earlier. All guides are a bit different. Our guide never suggested a tip and I believe we were the only ones who tipped him. I was disappointed to see that others did not. The guide was good at suggesting camera settings to get the best shots but really you can play around with the photos afterwards and create the image you like. I would recommend it.

Our guide, Shelby, was very informative. She answered all the questions the group had. She took the time to allow us to get the pictures we wanted, and she even took some for us! I would go again!

Very disappointing experience We booked our tour for a specific time, but ended up waiting outside in the blazing heat well past our slot. There was no clear communication or apology — just a long, uncomfortable wait. Our guide was the worst part. She was more focused on aggressively stopping people from taking videos than actually guiding us or explaining anything about the canyon. Her behavior was strange and made everyone uncomfortable — like she owned the place or created the canyon herself. The canyon is stunning, but the way this tour is run is completely unprofessional. Save yourself the stress — look for another company.
