The Navajo name for Lower Antelope Canyon is Hasdeztwazi or “Spiral Rock Arches.” This incredible canyon has been created over many thousands of years by the relentless forces of water and wind, slowly carving and sculpting the sandstone into forms, textures, and shapes which we observe today.
The views in Lower Antelope Canyon change constantly as the sun moves across the sky, filtering lights softly across the stone walls. These ever-moving sun angles bounce light back and forth across the narrow canyon’s walls, creating a dazzling display of color, light, and shadow.

Lower Antelope Canyon
A 1 hour guided tour through Lower Antelope Canyon. Learn about the geology, history and the culture of the Navajo people that live around the canyon. Don't forget to bring a camera you will be taking a lot of photos! Antelope canyon is famous for its wave-like structure and the light beams that shine directly down into the openings of the canyon, creating a super natural appearance. Many travellers and photographers have been attracted here, regard it as a place where dreams come true. Different from the flat ground of Upper Antelope Canyon, Lower Antelope Canyon requires visitors to climb upside and down through staircases and ladders. It feels like you are entering a new planet, starting a magical adventure.

5.00Ken's Tour of the lower canyon was so amazing and inspiring. My hubby is 75 and I am 70. I was a little apprehensive about the ladders but it was unfounded. They were no problem as all, more like a set of steps than a ladder. We had Alesha as our guide who was very infomative and really cared about the safety of everyone. She made the experience so much more rewarding!! After the tour, her demonstration of how the sand formations were made was so incredible. I had no idea how such beauty was created. We would highly recommend Ken's Tours and especially Alesha!! We can't wait to come back and bring our grandkids!! Ahéhee, Hágoónee

5.00Our trip to lower Antelope canyon was awesome. Our guide Nevan was excellent. Lead us thru the canyon and told us all about this beautiful site. The fee for the tour was very reasonable. The tour was for 1 hour. This was just the right amount of time.
Experience of a lifetime! Highly recommended.

5.00This was well worth the price, which was higher than I wanted to pay. Our guide Nebin was very knowledgeable and gave us great tips on how to get the best pictures in the canyon. He also patiently took several pictures of us and whoever else wanted a picture.

5.00Tight spaces and stairs but I am 77 and had no problems navigating. Guide was very good and helped us get excellent pictures.
