5.00Exploring Madidi jungle and the Yacuma river Pampas were different yet equally rewarding experiences. The local agency, Mashaquipe, is great. Their lodges are beautiful and well organised, food there is excellent. We particularly appreciated their link with local communities and their respect for the environment. Both guides, for Madidi and for the Pampas, were very good and knowledgeable. The only problem was that we booked via Howlanders, an international company, months before and after the initial confirmation we had no contact from the company or information about the tour until the morning of departure, which was very stressful. Both companies need to work better at communicating with their clients beforehand.
