The 90 minute covered boat Tour departs from Port of the Islands Marina every 45 minutes daily 365 days per year.
Manatee Sightseeing & Wildlife Adventures
Experienced nature loving Coast Guard licensed captains to narrate the tour in a manner that resonates with children/adults of all ages. Manatees in the wild may be in the harbor area, the residential bays, or in the exciting mangrove forest. Manatees come to the boat over 90% of the time. Patrons enjoy matching birds in the trees to the provided Everglades bird Card. There is a max of 6 passengers per boat. Family groups of 7-42 will use multiple boats staying close.

5.00We had a great time on the 5/29 2:30 trip. The captain was extremely knowledgeable and really cared about the manatees, their environment, and took care to take us to good places to see them, and experience them where he knew we would likely find them. Beautiful and relaxing trip. Boat was wonderful and clean. We really appreciated the experience, and would do this again with this Company!

5.00Captain Becky was incredible. She shared so many facts with us and pointed out all the points of interest. She educated us on manatees, sharks, alligators, and many species of birds. She identified vegetation and flowers we were interested in. Overall, fantastic experience and we were so happy she was our captain. Leslie and friends

5.00We enjoyed the fact it this tour was for small groups, and actually ended up just being the three of us! Great calm ride, and Dallas was very knowledgeable about the Manatee’s, wildlife and area in general. We did see several Manatees, and even a Mom with her calf! Also spotted one alligator! Definitely recommend this excursion!

5.00Becky was our tour guide and she was excellent. We saw manatees, an alligator, sharks and all kinds of birds. She explained everything clearly & we learned a lot. My family really enjoyed our time on this excursion.

5.00We had an amazing time on the manatee sightseeing and wildlife boat tour! One of the best parts was that there weren’t many people on the boat, which made the whole experience feel much more personal and exclusive. We were able to see both alligators and manatees up close, which was incredible. The time spent cruising through the canals was also very relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and we would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to enjoy some unique wildlife and a peaceful boat ride.

5.00Our guide (Andy) was wonderful. Andy was experienced in her knowledge of the wildlife in the area. She made our boat tour very memorable. We will be coming back with the rest of our family real soon.

5.00Our boat Captain, Joe, was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the manatees and crocodiles. We not only learned a lot but had the joy of seeing the manatees and crocodiles in their habitat. It was so much fun!

5.00Our Captain was Great! Saw gators and then wen on to find the manatees. Captain Becky was knowledgeable about all the wildlife and talked about the different birds and fish we saw. The manatees were shy so Captain Beck started to talk to them and they cam right up to the boat like she was the manatee whisperer. I would not have believed it if I didn’t see it.
