lori was an amazing tour guide, she was very knowledgable and friendly and the tour was awesome. i would definitely reccomend 907 tours to anyone. the glacier was amazing and we got to hike around for a good few hours with plenty of opportunities to take photos. your group rides in this sled pulled by an ATV which was a fun experience too. the ice is a gorgeous blue color and it was even reflecting some green when I was there. we also got to drink the water there and it was super refreshing (no microplastics in sight). there were also plenty of stops for the bathroom, and the restaurant we went to for lunch after was really good and not too expensive. 10/10 would do again

What an incredible time this glacier hike was! I appreciated the communication before, during and after the tour from the company. If you do not have a hotel listed for pick up, I would suggest you call to confirm your pick up location. The pickup van was spacious and comfortable. Our tour guide Johnny was literally a human encyclopedia of all things Alaska, which was awesome! It truly felt like a friend or family member telling us tales and showing us the beauty that Alaska holds. The hike had me in awe the entire time. We did trek uphill in a portion of the hike but they did ask if everyone was comfortable prior to going forward. Our guide, Cable was incredible! She was very patient and knowledgeable and also made it fun! We had a larger than normal group with a little over 20 folks and she was able to take great care of us all. My favorite part was having a chance to drink the glacier water, OMG! I have never tasted anything so refreshing and delicious. I would encourage you to bring an empty water bottle. The hike was about 2 hours long and we were able to stop for pictures along the way. I was on a solo trip so it was nice that Cable or Johnny were available to take my pictures. If you want to take some glacier silt directly from the glacier, I would bring a mason jar so you can easily take it back home. After the hike, we went with Johnny to the nearby restaurant which was delicious. Highly recommend the glacial cheeseburger! Loved my time on the tour, with my group and Johnny. Don’t hesitate to enjoy this experience!

What an excellent Glacier hike. Cheyenne picked us up from the designated hotel and off we went. We drove approximately 2 hr north to the Matanuska Glacier. After getting a 2nd guide and a short safety breifing off we went. Hiking on the glacier was definitely a thrill. With our shoe crampons our footing was secure. We learned about types of ice and what to watch out for, learning about; The formation, Crevasse, Moraine, Ablation and a Moulin (A hole or tube in a glacier where water flows, making a loud, roaring noise). One of the best parts was drinking super clean, glacier water. In addition to traching us abour glaciers, they always kept out safety at the forefront. (One guide leading and one at the rear, watching over us) I never felt we were an any unsafe areas. I want to thank Cheyenne and the other guide (didn't get her name) for an excellent day. -steve
