Dependent on crowd size, weather, and time of sunset, luau start/end times will vary throughout the year.
The luau is an outdoor activity. Dress code is aloha casual, and hat, sunscreen and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
Infants and toddlers (age 0-5) are free but must be included in the headcount on your booking if they require a seat/booster/highchair.
Tables can accommodate a maximum of 12 chairs. Larger parties will be split between adjacent tables.
Please notify the luau in advance if bringing a service dog.
Guests requiring assistance to the luau grounds should make this request at the bell desk.
For the safety of our cast, no flash photography or videography is allowed.

5.00This was a must-live experience! very organized, more than 300 people, the queue at the beginning was ok, after they locate you in your table with other people, we were 5 and the tables are for 10. The time of the buffet is organized by tables so it's not very crowded. The show was great, the band playing live was amazing, so were the dancers

4.00The outfits were impressive during the dances. They changed many times. The fire dances were my favorite and the food was decent. The only suggestion I have is to provide to better signs on how to get to the Luau location better. If you are not staying in the Sheraton it can be kind of difficult to figure out where it is and not many hotel employees were around to ask. There were a few signs but in the pool area was tricky to figure out where it was.

5.00We were greeted with a flower lei! This is a nice open, sunny space next to the beach. We were seated at table 47 of 48 which was at the back. Close to the ocean, but far from the stage area. The food was good with a large variety of options. The protein options were pork, beef, chicken and fish. The sides included rolls, green salads, macaroni salad, purple potatoes, noodles and fried rice. There were a couple of dessert options too. The open bar served a variety of tropical drinks along with tea, punch and water. Island crafted items were sold there and it was interesting to speak with the vendors.

5.00A wonderful experience from start to finish. A dinner and show everyone will enjoy. We loved the flowers for the ladies and the local artisans on site as fun bonus experiences too!

5.00In March of 2020 we traveled to Hawaii and due to the world circumstances we did not get to experience a Luau because they were all closed. Returning 6 years later with three adult son's we made sure to book this experience and it did not disappoint. The food was great, the drinks were good and the performances were outstanding, particularly the fire dancers. We also really enjoyed the hostess of the evening and all the Hawaiian history she interwove into the show. Would highly recommend.
