Dependent on crowd size, weather, and time of sunset, luau start/end times will vary throughout the year.
The luau is an outdoor activity. Dress code is aloha casual, and hat, sunscreen and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
Infants and toddlers (age 0-5) are free but must be included in the headcount on your booking if they require a seat/booster/highchair.
Tables can accommodate a maximum of 12 chairs. Larger parties will be split between adjacent tables.
Please notify the luau in advance if bringing a service dog.
Guests requiring assistance to the luau grounds should make this request at the bell desk.
For the safety of our cast, no flash photography or videography is allowed.

1.00Rained and cold. Obviously the Sheraton can’t control the weather, but they can issue refunds (which they didn’t). I called ahead after checking the forecast to cancel, and was told by the front desk, “it isn’t raining outside.” Umm…? We froze in the wind and rain for a full hour without entertainment until finally getting dinner. Which was so-so. In two hours we saw one hula dance. Very expensive evening of discomfort for meh food and almost zero entertainment.

Highly disappointing Luau

1.00My family and I were highly disappointed in Sheraton Christmas night Luau for its poor planning, change of of its advertised program, and less than average quirky food. First they changed the starting time, then they cut some of their highly advertised program and then they prided a traditionally prepared pig on stage but there was hardly any sign of that pig on the dinner table. They could not physically even serve us that pig since they served the already set up buffet style dinner a few minutes after they praised that pig. In other Luau that I had attended in te past they clearly showed the entire process of preparing and the Hawaiian style cooking of the pig. Then they served us the pig on the dinner table. There was none of that in the Sheraton Maui Luau. And we paid top ticket price for that highly disappointing Luau. Also I paid extra for preferred seating which was a complete waste of money. We were seated at a far left table that was almost buried in the buses and a lot of regular tables had much better view of the stage Thant our so called preferred seating. Finally, my fighter left her sun glasses behind at the Luau and when we went back the next day inquiring about it, nobody working at the Luau or Sheraton was willing to offer us any assistance or even cared about our inquiry. Do not fall for the exaggerated claims for this Luau.

5.00Someone will tell you to go to this luau, you should listen to them! It was interactive and very entertaining. Loved the lei and flower for the hair. Food was great! Everyone was friendly.

5.00This is a well run Luau. Food was delicious with a lot of different dishes to try. Kept us entertained throughout and suitable for all ages. Busy but they kept it flowing and on time. It was 3 hours and this felt about right.

5.00We had a fantastic experience! They catered to dietary needs and regularly consulted the chef to ensure food was safe for my wife. (celiac) This provided confidence in the safety precautions taken so the show could be enjoyed. A special shout out to Cindy who regularly checked in to ensure everything was good. The show was very well done providing a great experience for the whole family, even two teenagers. For parking, we used the valet at the Sheraton which was only an additional $5. After the show you do need to line up at the hotels front desk to pay the $5. The line up was 5 mins and the valet had our vehicle within mins. Thank you!

5.00I haven't been to Luau in 20 years. With having three kids young adults, I wanted them to experience it. The setting was beautiful especially at the Sheraton. Got there a little early so hung out at the beach bar which had a spectacular view. My adult kids had an awesome time watching the native dance and origin. The food was great, not to mention all you can adult drinks were included.
