Dependent on crowd size, weather, and time of sunset, luau start/end times will vary throughout the year.
The luau is an outdoor activity. Dress code is aloha casual, and hat, sunscreen and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
Infants and toddlers (age 0-5) are free but must be included in the headcount on your booking if they require a seat/booster/highchair.
Tables can accommodate a maximum of 12 chairs. Larger parties will be split between adjacent tables.
Please notify the luau in advance if bringing a service dog.
Guests requiring assistance to the luau grounds should make this request at the bell desk.
For the safety of our cast, no flash photography or videography is allowed.

5.00I haven't been to Luau in 20 years. With having three kids young adults, I wanted them to experience it. The setting was beautiful especially at the Sheraton. Got there a little early so hung out at the beach bar which had a spectacular view. My adult kids had an awesome time watching the native dance and origin. The food was great, not to mention all you can adult drinks were included.

5.00This was our first Luau. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The performers made for a wonderful night. The steak and fish were very tasty.
Watch out for the golf cart.

4.00Everything was good except, it looked like when the show and luau were over, every staffs did not care about customers.. we waited for a golf cart to take us to the lobby for over 30 minutes.. begging for my handicapped spouse. Please be aware.

5.00As someone who grew up and lived on Maui until age 19 I never expected to attend a Luau as it’s something locals don’t usually attend. I took my girlfriend of 3 years here on vacation and we had a great time. It was right in front of black rock in kaanapali which is a spot we like to frequent and also included $2 self parking which was very nice. We arrived right at 4:30 for check in and were greeted with a nice lei as well as virgin and rum pina coladas as well as mai tais and countless other non alcoholic drinks. Dinner was served maybe an hour later and everything was delicious and service was great everyone seemed happy to be there. I would have liked to have had some fresh poke or a wider variety of fruit or ice cream or something for dessert. The area was nice for photos and the show was impressive especially the fire part. Will definitely recommend to family or friends!!! Thank you Sheraton

5.00This was a lovely luau. We attended on December 8, 2025. The dancers and entertainers were really good. I liked that it wasn’t too big or overwhelming g. The food was excellent - better than many luaus I have attended. Highly recommend!
