Dependent on crowd size, weather, and time of sunset, luau start/end times will vary throughout the year.
The luau is an outdoor activity. Dress code is aloha casual, and hat, sunscreen and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
Infants and toddlers (age 0-5) are free but must be included in the headcount on your booking if they require a seat/booster/highchair.
Tables can accommodate a maximum of 12 chairs. Larger parties will be split between adjacent tables.
Please notify the luau in advance if bringing a service dog.
Guests requiring assistance to the luau grounds should make this request at the bell desk.
For the safety of our cast, no flash photography or videography is allowed.

5.00This was a lovely luau. We attended on December 8, 2025. The dancers and entertainers were really good. I liked that it wasn’t too big or overwhelming g. The food was excellent - better than many luaus I have attended. Highly recommend!

5.00The food and entertainment were wonderful. If you’re not staying at the Sheraton, you have to pay $5 plus tip for valet parking. It would have been nice to know this in advance, you would think two tickets at $189 each should cover parking.

2.00Buyer beware! Buy your tickets direct. This place doesn't guarantee you get preferred seating but will lock up your money and hours later tell you they couldn't procure what they sold you. Sure they'll refund the difference... but I wanted the experience I paid for not the standard sit at the back, can't see, eat last, BS we got stuck with.

5.00We loved the Luau. It was a great way to learn about the Polynesian culture and history of the islands. The performances were fantastic, and the food was delicious. I also loved all the individual activities before the dinner.
