  This is a very pleasant, relaxed and enjoyable tour of the Mekong Delta - at an excellent price point. Absolutely loved the energy and enthusiasm of our guide, Phil. Not just the handling of the trip itself, but also greatly appreciated his attempts to teach us Vietnamese - great sense of humour too!

  Worst bus journey as we seated in front of seats which had no leg room, raised platform designed more for locals so agonising trip there and back. Stop off at Pagoda was ok but it was very hot so luckily it was only for about 20 mins. Then a boat to an island where the group sampled honey tea, then small plates of pineapple, melon, papaya and longan and could buy chocolate. Next was a ride in a Sampan (small boat) to the coconut village. Local steering the boat then proceeded to ask for money at the end. At coconut village tried some coconut water and opportunity to buy some sweets and small souvenirs. Then a ride in a Lambro (little truck which is like a motorised tricycle) to lunch setting. This is the first time I have ever been impressed with the variety available for vegan/vegetarians. We were seated at a separate table - rice, rice paper veg rolls with pineapple and tofu, spring rolls, saucy tofu and melon to finish. We then had time to laze around on hammocks or ride a bike. Once back on the boat to shore we were each given a coconut with water to drink. As with most tours this felt very rushed but it’s a better way to see things. Our tour guide Benji was knowledgeable and entertaining. He was dealing with a difficult crowd!

  A good overall experience, picked up at hotel and then comfortable journey to see a pagoda, sample some fruits and sweets, have a short boat trip on Mekong delta, then the canoe ride to lunch which was relaxing and just long enough for the experience.

  It was an absolutely worth it trip in a small group of 8 people in limousine which was fitted with massage chairs and the amazing tour guide Dyan.

  Had a fantastic day with Tommy and the VIP tours team. The logistics were seamless and the bus a very comfortable way to experience all the sights. Tommy was very knowledgable, funny and catered to all backgrounds. He also made sure we did not miss out on any experiences and gave us a unique take on many of the busy attractions. Plenty of time allowed to partake in all of the activities offered at Cu Chi and the Mekong Delta.   Tommy's tour was amazing! They explained everything from Vietnamese history to tourist information in an easy-to-understand manner, which made me feel fulfilled. It was nice to eat honey drinks and fruit along the way. Anyway, it was very hot in Ho Chi Minh City, but it was a very enjoyable day, with breaks and rest in the air conditioner on the bus!

  Our tour guide Tom was a very nice guy and spoke very good English. Also, he gave us a lot more information about cultured habits and life in Vietnam.
