Specially designed for guests coming on cruise ships! This is a 3 hour Tour. We meet at the downtown cruise ship dock. Enjoy the 30 minute narrated tour, past downtown Juneau out to the Mendenhall Glacier Recreation Area. Explore the visitor center, trails and photo opportunities for 2 hours. Then your guide will be ready to take you back to the downtown dock area with great ideas for the rest of your visit to Juneau.

Driver Frank was great. Gave a lot of info on the ride to the park. Easy dropp off eqsy pick up. Was puntual anf got us back to the cruise port on time

The tour was good. The driver gave us some valuable information about Juneau on the way to Mendenhall Glacier. We had enough time to hike to Nugget Falls and back. The falls and the hike to get there was beautiful.

Worth the ride!! We considered taking a city bus and walking to the visitor center, but with young kids and what turned out a rainy day, we were grateful for a drop off right where we wanted to go! The driver was excellent and the info he shared was helpful .
Kinda Disappointed in juneau.

Did not realize it was simply a bus ride to the glacier and then left to hike on your own. Bus driver was personable and entertaining on drive to and from the park/glacier.

Troy gave us lots of local info and highlights on the way to the glacier - pointed out the eagles and even a bear sighting! We squeezed in the East Glacier Trail and Photo point before getting back on for the trip back.. recommend Juneau Tours for a comfortable and fun way to visit Mendenhall.

The glacier was amazing! Tour guide Joey was great! Way too many people in the Juneau port area to make the pick up/drop off experience more than just ok. Not the tour’s fault. Just too many people. Glacier viewing area and trails were also very crowded. Maybe a later time would have been better.

Perfect excursion for Juneau! Well priced, beautiful area to do lil hiking in. Family friendly. Mary was great! Could probably use another 30 minutes for hiking & sightseeing tho:)
