• Exceptional Day Trip with an Outstanding Guide

  Stuart made this experience outstanding. Although a 4–5 hour bus journey to get to Milford Sound may sound lengthy, Stuart's engaging and informative commentary made the time pass quickly and added genuine value to the trip. The journey was very well paced, with stops alternating between comfort breaks and stunning scenic locations. Along the way we gained a much better appreciation of the landscape, flora, fauna, and history thanks to Stuart’s excellent commentary and local knowledge. The Milford Sound cruise was majestic and lived up to expectations. A warm jacket is essential if you plan to spend time at the front of the boat, as temperatures can be quite cold. I also selected the optional fly-back to Queenstown, which I would strongly recommend. While it is an expensive addition, the 40-minute flight offered spectacular aerial views and provided a memorable conclusion to an already excellent day.   Fantastic trip. Drive down was fabulous with several photo opportunities and coffee stops. Cruise was magical and we were blessed with glorious weather so we’re able to sail out further into the Tasman Sea. Waterfalls were beautiful.

  This was the first tour I've done in New Zealand, and it was absolutely fantastic! Nicole from Altitude Tours was an amazing guide who went above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable, and she also made sure to stop by beautiful spots along the way for us to get pictures. The cruise itself was wonderful (we luckily had a gorgeous sunny day) and would definitely recommend people bring water bottles to fill up with the best tasting water at the dock.   Dear Wild Kiwi Day Tours, Thank you for organizing the small group tour to Milford Sound. Though the journey from Queenstown to Milford Sound was long, it was well worth it. The vistas enroute to Milford Sound were to lo and behold. So much history and stories behind that part of mother earth. It was a lovely ending to our travels to New Zealand. Thank you Feedback: Our Tour guide Nev with Altitude Tours, with such a cute sense of humour was the very knowledgeable and constantly kept us engaged with his banter. If only his microphone worked. Back seaters like us could have heard what he was talking about during the bus journey. Overall it was a magical experience.

  Tom was a great guide and made plenty of stops for photos before getting on the boat thru Milford Sound. It was stunning! There was a little more variety in the buffet for lunch than what we’ve been having. Must do trip!!

  The Milford Sound tour with Wild Kiwi was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Our guide, Tom, shared valuable and interesting explanations already on the way to Milford Sound, which made the journey even more special.   The drive through the three valleys to the cruise terminal was spectacular - our guide Tom selected some great scenic spots. The cruise itself was unimaginably magnificent - Wild Kiwi do a great job setting you up for a relaxing and unforgettable experience!
