5.00Ramón was exceptional. He arrived on schedule and was very personable throughout the trip. This was our first trip to Spain, so he provided background information on the country, city and our destination. His expertise was most prominent during our time at the Monastery, explaining the meaning behind several objects and customs. He shared personal experiences which added to the depth of our understanding. It was a spectacular day for us all.
