  It was cancelled the night before:only because we were the only 2 to book it and had no idea of this. Asked for them to take the 2 of us and answer was no even though it had been booked ages ago and was a present for my husband.It was only a case of taking us there and our ticket.

  The tour is good, food is ok nothing great the zoo is amazing but more time at the zoo is needed didn't get to see everything.

  The breakfast was more than breakfast…. We were greeted by sea lions, owls, macaws, iguanas and of course Orangutans! They allowed us to get fairly close (no touching of course) and have animal questions answered! Highly recommend as a unique opportunity for adults and children alike… must not miss!!

  BE WARNED! READ THE REVIEWS! This tour provider offered my hotel pickup from the drop down menu (confirmed) but last minute told me to go to ANOTHER hotel for pickup. Tour "guide" was not a guide at all! She only ESCORTED the group of seven to the restaurant passing 3 enclosures with comments and then dumped the group there and left. Questioned about this, SHE SAID..."What you want me to do? HOLD YOUR HAND?" THIS IS NOT A GUIDED TOUR! You get NOTHING from this tour operator. THERE IS NO TOUR AT THE ZOO! YOU ARE LEFT ON YOUR OWN!! Everything RUSHED because of whatever changes they decide to make at THEIR DESCRETION and LAST MINUTE! WHICH takes priority over the guests AND the booking description! NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY for the lack of transparancy or comminication details which say what this tour offers! They blame EVERYTHING on the "interns" at the office. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOURE OUT OF LUCK!! The breakfast with (just looking at) Orangutangs is a JOKE! Plus $45 extra. AVOID A HUGE HEADACHE AND A STRESSFUL DAY. DONT DO IT!! READ THE REVIEWS! THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT!!
