What a beautiful day for visiting Mount Pilatus. Unfortunately, we lost 45 minutes standing in line to get in the gondola. Our guide told us we would be able to skip the line, but that didn’t happen today. We were told their groups “always” skip the line. As a result we were rushed and didn’t get the full experience on top of the mountain. When I complained to the tour company I was told their groups “never” skip the lines. Terrible disconnect!

Sadly we had bad weather so we could not see the upper views. I’d give this 5 stars otherwise. The tour guides were easy to understand and follow. Highly recommended seeing this rain or shine!
