On arrival, begin your ascent to the mountain’s lofty summit with a 30-minute panoramic gondola ride to the Fräkmüntegg terminus. Enjoy beautiful views over the rolling hills and lush pine forests below. At Fräkmüntegg, hop aboard the aerial tramway — a spacious and modern cabin with panoramic windows designed to give the feeling of flight. Continue your climb to the summit at a dizzying altitude of 7,000 feet, and take in spectacular views over the Alpine peaks and lakes from your vantage point on the mountain. During your free time atop Mt Pilatus, perhaps sit down to a high-altitude lunch among the peaks (own expense) or relax on the expansive sun terrace. Venture down the Dragon's Path and take a short hike around the summit to enjoy the amazing views.

4.00Fabulous tour. Very well organised. The hikes on Mt Pilatus were varied and suited all skill and fitness levels. The only thing was that our ticket said that they would provide us with Euro (can’t recall how much now) for lunch as nd that was never provided - so we had to find our own lunch there. .

2.00When booked for November 2025, boat ride & gondola lift were both cancelled when we showed up. They compensated with $20 certificate per person to spend at Mount Pilatus, but this was very disapointing. Would not have booked this tour if knew this in advance. Guide was no benefit as they only accompanied us for the bus ride to and from Mount Pilatus and really didn't add to the experience.

5.00Great experience for seeing the Switzerland mountains using gondola and cogwheel. Wonderful views for the mountains and Lake. It will be even better if our tour guide speak slowly so we can heard 100% what she said

4.00The tour is amazing but if anyone has some mobility issues, check details carefully. There are a lot of stairs for the cogwheel and a very brisk walk to catch the boat ride at the end. We nearly missed the boat due to one in our party using a can and not able to walk quickly. Tour guide should have addressed this to make sure we were down the cogwheel sooner and at the front when disembarking to make the walk to boat easier. Otherwise, the tour is amazing and recommended.
