On arrival, begin your ascent to the mountain’s lofty summit with a 30-minute panoramic gondola ride to the Fräkmüntegg terminus. Enjoy beautiful views over the rolling hills and lush pine forests below. At Fräkmüntegg, hop aboard the aerial tramway — a spacious and modern cabin with panoramic windows designed to give the feeling of flight. Continue your climb to the summit at a dizzying altitude of 7,000 feet, and take in spectacular views over the Alpine peaks and lakes from your vantage point on the mountain. 5.00If I captured this correctly, we traveled by bus > gondola > cable car > funicular > boat (which collectively was such a unique experience). Even though the mountain itself was socked-in with weather, the funicular itself is worth the trip. Our guide, Tainah, did a good job herding everyone.

5.00Excellent excursion to Mount Pilatus with a lake cruise at the end! Our tour guide Rolf was fantastic and we highly recommend this particular package. Gondolas to the top and just the right amount of time to explore by ourselves the many hike trails, restaurant, shops etc at the top. Rolf gave us a lot of information about the history of Mount Pilatus, including the very steep cable car ride down the mountain. It dropped us off at the bottom of the mountain where a cruise ship gave us a one hour lake cruise at the finish. Highly recommend this tour!

5.00Wonderful guide, Anabel! Schedule and time period of tour was perfect. The amount of free time on Mt. Pilatus was adequate: views were breathtaking. It was really nice to enjoy several modes of transportation...bus, gondola, cog wheel train, and boat cruise! Enjoyable and a memorable experience.

5.00This was an excellent tour! It was so fun to do the cable car, cog wheel, the mountain, and the lake boat ride all in one excursion. Our weather at the top was cloudy, but we had a small break of sunshine that we can see some of the views. When we got down to the lake, the sun was shining and it was just a beautiful ride! We would highly recommend this tour to others. It was well worth the money.
