The English Lake District is one of the most recent additions to UNESCO’s World Heritage List. Admire the rolling countryside and craggy fells whilst listen to your guide about the Lake District's history, geology and the people that have shaped this much-loved region.
Along the way, you will pass some of the region’s most spectacular sights, such as the Borrowdale Valley, Buttermere, Honister pass, and Grasmere. There are many stops on route; a highlight is the Castlerigg Stone Circle with its panoramic views. Our friendly driver/guide will provide an on-board commentary on this full day spectacular tour of lakes and mountains.

Please note, the pick up location you have chosen is where you will be collected from. It is not possible to be collected from a different location once chosen. If you are not at the correct pick up location and miss the tour, we cannot offer alternative arrangements.
Due to a landslide, Kirkstone pass is currently unpassable. Therefore until further notice you will not visit Brotherswater or Ullswater on your tour. Our incredible driver guides will instead take you off the beaten track to a few other fabulous Lake District sites and lakes.
Due to the nature of the out tours, we cannot wait for customers who arrive at their tour start point late. If you are late for your tour, our cancellation policy applies. 100% charges are applicable and you will not be entitled to a refund or alternative.

5.00Fabulous tour. A good way for seeing all of the important sights in the Lake District. Ed, our driver and guide was phenomenal. Great driving and knowledgeable about history of Lakes. Driving by skills of Ed were appreciated and noteworthy. Top marks all around. Thank you Ed for a lovely day.

5.00Bob are driver and tour guide was amazing he was very informative friendly and helpful. His driving was impressive he got the bus were i wouldn't take a car. I asked him about Surprise Veiw and he took us that was really special for me. The whole tour of 10 lakes was fantastic. Would highly recommend this tour with Bob to everyone i know.

5.00Has the most incredible days seeing the Lakes through the eyes of our guide, Steve. There was so much to learn at every point, it made seeing the breathtaking sights all the more beautiful. 5.00Absolutely top-notch tour with Steve today. His being born and bred in the Lake District makes him.the ideal guide. His knowledge of local historical celebrities, geology, agricultural development, local legends,viking invasion etc is second to none. And a great sense of humour to boot.
