  We arrived in Hakone to pouring rain and lightening so we decided on the sunnier day to take a chance and take a tour! We were already in Hakone and wanted to explore Mt Fuji. David was very helpful and knowledgeable about both areas and the ticket/reservation systems. We loved the open air museum and because of the lines ditched the ferry on Lake Ashi for the incredible Gondola ride over the mountain range. I guess we have to come back! My favorite stop for sure was Oishi Park in Fujisan and the scenic drive over to Fujisan from Hakone. It was all so easy with David - thank you also to Bajwa for helping with the personalized pick up and drop off.
