Your private driver will come and meet you at your hotel lobby with your name sign, he will escort you to Rajadamnern Stadium (RSM) for your Muay Thai group class. The RSM academy offers a platform for enthusiasts of all ages and abilities to explore Muay Thai. (Please note: Rajadamnern Stadium has some branches located in different areas, Jasmine City Tower Asoke branch or Stadium One Sport community branch depend on your hotel’s location.) Once you are introduced to your trainer, your Thai boxing begins. Starting with the basic defensive foundations of Thai Boxing. A padding session follows with a focus on the effective use of your elbows and knees. Finally, combining both defensive and offensive skills you have learned, re-enter the boxing ring for a sparring session with experience Thai Boxer. Finished your class by taking a photo with some of Thai Boxing fans after the class. A truly special souvenir of an experience in Bangkok to remember.

1.00Avoid this. While I have nothing bad to say about the lesson itself, the tour was terribly organized. I was supposed to go on Saturday but there was a mixup and, after being taken to the stadium, it was closed. The tour was rearranged for Sunday. Firstly the driver was 40 minutes late, then he dumped me in a shopping mall and it turned out this was not taking place at the stadium. Staff were very unhelpful. Afterwards I had to keep phoning to even find out where the driver was to go back home. It’s Thailand, I can do Muay Thai anywhere. The whole attraction was to do it at the stadium with its history. Such a massive disappointment and thoroughly unhelpful staff, who did not even tell me about a venue change. Avoid this one.

5.00My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Muay thai class! They started with a high intensity warm-up but then got to it with the steps to muay thai.The instructors had high expectations but also were funny and engaging. I felt like I learned how to box and work up a sweat in an hour. It was engaging, adrenaline pumping and exciting. I highly recommend this class to anyone willing to get their blood pumping and learn a thing or two about muay thai.
