5.00Juan Carlos gave my husband and I and for others a phenomenal tour this morning. There’s so much to see at Musee D’Orsey. It could be totally overwhelming. I don’t know much about art and how to interpret or appreciate it. Juan Carlos explained so much about the meaning and historic significance of each painting, that it came to life for me for the first time and I am 68. He was incredibly knowledgeable!! You could tell that he knew what he was talking about, and that he absolutely loved art and art history. He was extremely friendly and answered everyone’s questions. I can’t thank him enough for an experience. I will always remember!! I highly recommend Babylon tours and especially doing the six person max museum tours. It is very personable.

5.00I highly recommend using Babylon Tours when visiting the Musee d’Orsay in Paris. The semi private guided tour (6 people maximum) lead by Lou was fantastic! For two hours, she was energetic and passionate about art and the pieces that she was featuring, and when we saw a piece that caught our attention, she was able to provide insight into those pieces and seemed to find something that was in common with the pieces she already had been talking about. My husband and I were grouped with a family of four: which included a high school and upper elementary school aged children. She was able to engage the two with content that was interesting to them while still providing an equally meaningful experience for the adults, my husband and myself included. This tour company does an outstanding job of hiring high quality guides. If you spend the money to go on vacation and sightsee, you really need to finish the investment in yourself by hiring someone who can bring history and current events that are relevant to your destination.

5.00Hugo was a great guide with deep knowledge of art and art history. He gave just enough information. Hit all the high points and then we could explore on our own after the tour.

5.00Eduardo was a fantastic guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable and he made his explanations of the art very accessible. He is also a long fun and extremely professional. I would use him for every museum if I could. He taught us so much in such a short period of time. A very unique experience even tho we have been to the d’Orsay before!
