5.00We did a 3 hour tour of Nagasaki with Ree. She took us away from all people at the port to a wonderful shrine with a view of the city. She showed us how to use the public transport. We did a little matcha tea experience and then she brought us to Chinatown from where we were able to set off on our own to do the Peace Park area. Highly recommended

5.00Our guide Miki was absolutely wonderful! She met us right at the cruise ship terminal which was incredibly helpful, and her English was excellent throughout the entire day. She was patient, knowledgeable, and showed us both the highlights and hidden gems of Nagasaki with such warmth and enthusiasm. This private tour was a highlight of our entire cruise. Highly recommend Miki and City Unscripted to any cruise passengers visiting Nagasaki!

5.00Shin was our guide today and he is very nice man, who's knowledgeable, insightful, adaptable, and very well versed in the history, traditions, and culture of the local area, and greater Japan. While touring, we felt like we were walking and talking with a friend, who just happened to be a great local guide that loves his job. Walking and riding the trolly were a lot of fun, and allowed us to see so many things that we'd never have otherwise seen.

5.00Shin is by far the best tour guide I have had on this app to date. Despite a very short time window we were able to accomplish a lot. He customized the tour for my interests and we were very efficient with getting from place to place. Both of us loving history, we learned a lot from each other. I also enjoyed how empathetic and supportive he was. I was having some back pain so he took a quick detour into a shopping mall to help me out. He also gave me a lot of advice for navigating the city on my own after the tour. He was very personable and I enjoyed talking with him about not just the city but life in general. Again I could not recommend Shin enough. Were it possible I would give him six out of 5 stars he is that good!

5.00We had a wonderful day with Miki in Nagasaki. She was very personable and we thoroughly enjoyed the day. She was very knowledgeable and shared just the right amount of information. We had a delightful lunch away from the tourist area. She was very conscientious and wanted to make sure we were having a great experience. Highly recommend!!

5.00Our guide, Senyo, was absolutely wonderful. He was very communicative beforehand and how to find him in the terminal crowd. He was very attentive to our group and the physical limitations of one of our party and still made sure we got to see everything we wanted to see and then some. He went over and above and we cannot recommend him high enough. He was so appreciated.

5.00Shin was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide. He took us to amazing spots that we wouldn't have otherwise found. He helped us gain a deeper appreciation for his amazing city. Other reviews mentioned his ability to adjust tours for fitness level, and we should have been more aware of how jet-lagged we would still be. I think we tried his patience for slow Americans. But he masked any frustration well, and was attentive and informative the whole time.
