Come join the “original” cable car wine tasting tour through beautiful Napa Valley. Hop aboard one of our hand-built replicas of a San Francisco Cable Car! Every detail, from the all-wooden carriage to the solid brass bell, is an authentic feature right off the original blueprints. This Napa Valley wine trolley tour will be an experience you will never forget. Enjoy endless unobstructed views of vineyard-dotted hills on this special wine-tasting adventure. Visit three or four wineries or tasting lounges and learn all about Napa’s history and wine from your friendly and knowledgeable guide. Lunch is included and will be enjoyed at a local restaurant. Winery stops and lunch stop can change periodically.
This tour picks up at the Oxbow Market 610 1st St, Napa, CA 94559. Meet on the street in front.

Napa Valley Wine Trolley operates “Rain or Shine” year-round. However, if there is a chance of rain, high winds, or unforeseen mechanical problems, we may have to substitute the trolley for a mini-bus. Napa Valley Wine Trolley reserved the right to substitute or change wineries at any time.

Oxbow Public Market
You’ll be picked up at Napa’s Oxbow Market in the late morning for a 6-hour tour on the Napa Valley Wine Trolley, an open-air vehicle modeled after a historic 1890s San Francisco cable car. Enjoy the wind in your air as you take in the beautiful sights and smells of Napa wine country. Your friendly, knowledgeable guide will keep you entertained with commentary and stories about Napa’s history and wine culture.

5.00This is an amazing opportunity to visit different wineries and have a special tour at each winery. On ours we did 4 wineries. One we ate lunch and did a wine tasting, another we examined the new grape buds, another examined the soil and saw an actual cork tree. The last one we visited Peju, which is beautiful, and met Miss Peju herself. We were on the tour with about 15 people. We were all strangers at the beginning of the tour that quickly turned into wine drinking buddies by the second stop. Definitely a core memory for my husband and I!!

3.00Three of the 4 wineries were great most people bought wine, the fourth one Napa Cellars nobody bought wine. The driver was courteous and polite but not very welcoming, the ‘guided tour’ was from the edge of town to the second winery (about 2 miles) so pretty disappointing. Due to the rain the trolly was switched to a minibus which was fine but probably also changed the experience

5.00The trolly took us to different wineries but non of them were sweet wines. I was okay with that but if you're looking for sweet wine this is not for you. Yes, you pay 35-50 in each winnery but they void the tasting fee if you buy a bottle or two. They offer a meal with a great view of the vineyard. Food was really tasty! Totally recommended. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Bottles of water are offered throughout the trip.

5.00Paul is ABSOLUTELY amazing. He was a fantastic tour guide and we had so much fun. We had a large group but he made it feel so special and unique - we ended up booking an additional tour with him the next day (do it - book it!) we had a fantastic tour!

5.00Paul our driver was great! He took us to 4 different wineries. Each was different in its own way. We had lunch at the second winery and all ate lunch together while our host explained the proper way to drink/smell/taste a glass of wine. It was so much fun! We had a great trolly ride and would definitely do it again!
