5.00Our experience with our private transfer from Narita Airport to Tokyo perfect. Our driver Atom was wonderful and very welcoming. He contacted me via WhatsApp to coordinate our meeting point at the airport and even sent photos of his location to make it easier to find him. The vehicle (Toyota Alphard) was comfortable and his driving was very safe. Thank you for a lovely first experience in Japan.

5.00Super easy. Good pre communication on what’sapp prior to arrival and day of arrival. Hand written sign and waiting right after customs declaration in NRT, helped with bags and the van was a super nice Mercedes Japanese size van, very comfortable. We had 2 adults 1 child, 2 American size suitcase and 2 carry on, easy fit, could probably do 1-2 more suitcases. Would recommend, very easy way to get from airport direct to your hotel.

My flight was delayed nearly 24 hours and with the time difference it could have been very difficult to coordinate a new pickup, or they would’ve been well within their rights to deny me a change since it was past the cancellation window and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The service itself was great too. Fast, safe, and efficient.

5.00Excellent transportation from airport to Tokyo hotel. What’s App welcome contact in advance was reassuring to receive. Exited customs and driver was waiting - although we went out a different door. A quick What’s App call from the driver and all sorted out. Traffic was heavy and busy with Friday rush hour. We had a lot of luggage so we were grateful for the restful drive to the door of our hotel for our first visit to Tokyo.
