5.00Great way to save money and time. With a family or group you need to book this sort of van. Much simpler and more economical than a taxi or train.

5.00Driver was great, very polite and professional. Spoke very little English but managed just fine. Waited for us at the arrival gate with our names on a sign making sure she was easy to find. Helped us load all our bags into the van. Van was clean and comfortable. Drove us safely to the hotel and also helped to unload our bags. 100% would recommend and use again.

5.00I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of luggage on public transportation so I decided last minute to book this company from NRT to my hotel. Great experience. They were communicative and on time. I added the signage to add a little special moment for myself, and the driver was there on time with a digital sign. The vehicle was very nice, safe, and comfortable.

5.00Driver Jackie Wang was proactively communicative making us feel reassured he’d be there to pick us up. Once we arrived he texted with us being very helpful and patient. The vehicle was very nice, comfortable, spacious and clean. We’d definitely use him again!

5.00We had an excellent experience with our private airport pickup from Narita. The driver waited patiently while we went through customs, greeted us warmly, and helped with our luggage. The vehicle was large, spotless, and very comfortable, perfect after a long international flight. The ride into Tokyo was smooth and relaxing, and we arrived at our hotel right on schedule.
