4.00The driver was very pleasant and efficient. The main issue was the condition of the van. I thought it would be nicer and every other van I saw pull up was gorgeous, with bucket leather seats and I expected ours to be too but when she pulled up with a cargo van with nine cloth seats, I was shocked. The cost did not match what was delivered. The driver drove okay but took curves very fast and some braking scared me a lot, too last minute.

5.00I had an excellent experience with my Via Tour driver! She picked me up from Narita Airport and drove me all the way to my hotel in Tokyo. The pricing was very reasonable, and she was punctual—she even tracked my flight and messaged me as soon as I landed. I opted for the meet and greet service, and she was ready with a sign displaying my name and flight number, making the arrival process seamless. 5.00Driver was great, very polite and professional. Spoke very little English but managed just fine. Waited for us at the arrival gate with our names on a sign making sure she was easy to find. Helped us load all our bags into the van. Van was clean and comfortable. Drove us safely to the hotel and also helped to unload our bags. 100% would recommend and use again.
