Our driver with ELIFE met us at luggage even though we had to make a last minute arrival time change of being late one hour due to the cancellation of our initial connection flight. We learned of the cancellation as we were trying to find out which gate we were departing from. After already flying for almost Nine hours, his professionalism and care were very much appreciated.
