5.00Awesome. Family pass though was cheaper on their website. Multi level was good. Not too busy due to rain which luckily got cleared up for us. I wish they had the view of underlying glass too

5.00Decided to do this last minute as we visited the 9/11 memorial museum and so glad we did. Great views from lower manhattan and really helpful guides on hand to answer any questions.

5.00We visited and took the opportunity to have linch in the roof top restaurant which was an amazing experience eating delicious food 100 floors above New York for an amazing price was well worth it

5.00It's kinda fun and truly amazing. Yes there's a full security check after passing through the ticket counter. We had the dinner package with the ride up included. It was super expensive but exceeded our expectations. We checked out the gift store and took lots of pictures in the Observatory area. So Cool ! They do take your picture before the elevator ride and we did get those pics and framed a couple for our vacation wall of pics at home too. If you don't want to do a full dinner I highly recommend the Humus dip and Shrimp cocktail apps with a couple of cocktails like their " Big Pine Apple" . That Humus dip is amazing! Still thinking about it. But that's what memories are made of. Have F U N !

5.00A must-see if you visit NY; just the elevator and the video upon arrival at the top are already worth it. The spectacular views including Liberty Island, Brooklyn Bridge, midtown… spectacular!

4.00The view is breathtaking. It is truly unmissable when visiting New York. The staging of the ascent, even though it is a bit artificial, is also a good moment (special mention to the 3D video that represents the construction of NYC over time). Several somewhat intrusive commercial solicitations (photo, audio guide) during the visit, but the overall welcome remains very courteous. To avoid: the snack bar, with pastries of mediocre quality and especially, a particularly unpleasant service.
