I was told at the gift shop I could get anything I wanted then I proceeded to grab a drink and a snack and took it to the counter and there was $25. They said you can only get $15 credit. They lied to me saying I could get anything I wanted they should state that you get a $15 credit Instead of anything you want.

Amazing tour and view! Great experience for all ages and easy for folks to take it easy too. We really had a wow moment at the end of the top floor video too! Great job!!!

Booking the All Inclusive ticket was well worth the extra cost. It meant we didn’t have to worry about getting there at a set time and although it wasn’t busy the priority entry would prove beneficial at busier times. The $15 voucher each was also useful in the cafe. Although hazy on the day we visited, the views from that end of Manhattan were still good and a lot different from those from the other viewing platforms in the city. My partner doesn’t like heights so being behind the class, rather than being out in the open, helped her enjoy the experience. Would advise doing the trip early in the day.

I didn't find it worth the price paid, after having guessed other rooftop, this was the only thing that disappointed me. It's just a mark from ground zero.

We had the pick any entry time option and we utilised a late afternoon to sunset/ evening lighting tour time. This was a very good selection as not to busy and great changing effect for photography.
