2.00Booked the night tour with live entertainment but did not receive this. We were given the standard pre recorded audio tour. Busses very old & viewing difficult as the plastic covering/windows on top deck very scratched. I would not recommend using this company.

1.00Honestly avoid this tour. It’s not worth the money The tour is advertised as having live entertainment however there is no live entertainment. There is an audio recorded guide but most of it is just music with the occasional brief audio description. The seats are uncomfortable and with the number of people on the bus you are squished together. The bus itself makes you feel every bump for which there were many. Halfway through the trip my back was aching due to the seats and bumps Something that can’t really be helped but affected our experience a lot was a crying baby on board who cried for the whole 90 minute trip and the mother did nothing to calm the baby despite looks and comments from the other passengers I wouldn’t go on this trip again and would advise you to try a different provider.

5.00This was a great tour with guide David and driver Brian. Although we had to wait an extra hour to board our reservation, David kept us entertained with stories and songs. He is a very talented singer and I think his scaffolding song should become part of the NY playlist on the bus. I highly recommend this tour and these hosts.

1.00What a terrible experience! Drivers told us there are views from the downstairs as well as upstairs. Downstairs views are completely blocked and we saw absolutely nothing. Our fault for trusting the suggestion of travel vendors. Lesson learned to save money and just walk around. Such a disappointment and a huge waste of money.

5.00David the tour guide was amazing, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Brian the driver was awesome too. Would recommend this trip all day long.
