It left on time but that’s the only plus. Boring route. Paid extra for the tour with live narration - instead it was a poor sound quality recording. Very uncomfortable seats. Plastic roof and windows for protected viewing but the plastic was so scratched up that photos were worthless. What a waste of money. Don’t go.

I enjoyed the tour operator person but the bus had wet seats on the top deck due to leaks in the see through roof and bus was not very clean. Staff was great!

The experience was a last minute decision and glad we did it. It was very informative of places we did not get to on our first trip to New York. Tom was a good narrator.

The online tickets are incredibly overpriced, you can get a ticket by the bus stop for half the price

Great way to see the city at night. From Times Square over to Brooklyn and back. Great narration on sights and history.
