Once inside the Skylon Tower you will ascend 520 ft. in a glass elevator to the observation deck where you will be treated to an incredible, birds-eye view of all three Niagara Falls (Bridal Veil Falls, Horseshoe Falls, and the American Falls), as well as the Niagara River and surrounding area.
You will have descend 125 ft (approx. 40m) to explore cave-like tunnels behind the Falls at Journey Behind the Falls. This experience is a treat for the senses as you’ll be able to not only hear the falls but feel them as well.
Then take the Niagara City Cruises boat cruise for an up-close look at the falls (seasonal: May to December), at which point your tour will come to a close and you and your guide will part ways. On your cruise, you will sail around the Niagara gorge and get as close as possible to the Falls.
In winter and spring months, the cruise is replaced with Niagara Takes Flight.

Your experience begins at the iconic Skylon Tower. After meeting your guide, ascend 775 feet in a glass elevator to the observation deck where you’ll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Niagara Falls, the Niagara River, and the surrounding region. Your guide will point out Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls while sharing fascinating stories about the formation of the falls and the history of tourism in Niagara.
As you make your way through the Fallsview district, you will pass Fallsview Casino Resort, one of the largest entertainment complexes in Canada. Overlooking the Niagara Falls skyline, the resort features luxury hotels, restaurants, theaters, and gaming floors. Your guide will share how this area developed into Niagara Falls’ premier tourism and entertainment hub.

2.00Unfortunately we felt the tour was a bit of a waste. All it did was buy us tickets to everything and tell us what time to go which I could have done myself. On the itinerary, it tells us that the guide will be with us the entire time telling us facts and stories about the history of the falls and he didn’t join anything. He just gave us tickets and told us when to come back to the meeting point. On the last ticketed item, we realized they only bought us a one way railway ticket so if you wanted to get back to your car you had to buy another one way… the guide was nice but save your money and just follow the itinerary on your own.

5.00We are so glad we booked the tour. Julian was wonderful. We learned a lot, saw a lot and had plenty of free time to explore for ourselves as well. I think this is the best way to see Niagara Falls and feel like you’re not missing anything.

2.00Advertises a boat tour, we booked, then emails you boat tour is cancelled morning of. To late for a refund. If you’re not “in season” then have two different itineraries. “In season” / “off season”. Your “off season” price should not be the same. Then you compensate us with something we don’t want to do, then change the time on us from 12:45 to 2 o’clock after giving us tix. We get tix to go down the incline but not back up! LoL! . Sat on the floor for over 30 minutes waiting for tix from our tour guide. Why not just let us upload them to apple wallet? Total FALSE ADVERTISING all around. Marketing department, do better. Could have coordinated this whole experience myself way better and saved over $300. #neveragain #scam
