  My first trip to Japan went very smoothly. I had a lot of luggage, filling the trunk to the brim. I was very satisfied with the driver arranged by the company. He was waiting for us at the airport, holding up a sign with my name and flight number written on it on an iPad. It's important to stay in frequent and close contact with the driver after they've arranged it with your contact information to avoid missing their pick-up. I also sent the driver a screenshot of the map showing our arrival address to avoid misunderstandings, as there were places with the same name. Japanese cities are clean, and the scenery was nice. I plan to stay for a few days before heading back. For my first trip to Japan and needing a quick pick-up, I was very satisfied with this company; it was a very pleasant airport pickup.

  One thing you should konw is the driver will free waiting for 90 minutes depends on your flight real time. I think this is a very warm and kindly service. The driver is also good person and he helped to carry our luggague. Perfect!

  Very Kindly Driver. He pick us from the Narita Airport. And drive us to our hotel. Even helped us to check in. Since we can not speak Japanese, the driver helped us with all the things. Perfect!

  Smooth and easy experience. Liu and the team communicated with me via WhatsApp. When we walked out of customs he was there with a sign with my name and took our luggages and drove us to our hotel. Highly recommend!
