  Picked up on time, enjoyed the trip , our trip guide was amazing with excellent English. Was very helpful and accommodating to our requests and enjoyed our trip.

  The trip was very good. Drivers at both ends - hotel to Sanur and back, and on Nusa Penida - were very good. The fast boat ride was also good. The “included” lunch is a scam, though. Poor quality and quantity, we had a fly in the iced tea and the chicken curry had more water than our bottled water.

  Overall great day! Nice drivers and beautiful scenery. Only 4 stars as we thought they should have reduced the number of places they took us to snorkel or allotted more time- so we didn’t feel so rushed.

  We had a great time in Nusa Penida with GU yesterday! He was really patient and a great photographer, took us to all the scenic spots, and we even had time for breakfast in a great local spot before we started and for some swimming in the end. We never felt rushed and felt like this 1-day trip was truly unforgettable and the perfect amount of time to visit the island. The only downside was that it was very very hot, so we recommend light and fresh clothes! But GU definitely made this trip an unforgettable one! All the spots we visited were somewhat crowded but not too exaggerated. We think the admission fee was reasonable, and not having to worry about getting to the port and to the hotel was amazing. The included lunch was very reasonable. This is the perfect experience for a group of friends or couples!

  Our day started off amazing with our driver Wahyu arriving promptly bright early to pick us up. She was so lovely and very informative. Great driver as well, felt very safe the hectic roads. The day trip was awesome. It’s pretty full on and a big day but worth it. Manta Ray time of year is April and May so you might. It seems Manta rays depending on when you go but the water is forty and reef vibrant. We went in off season and it was still very busy (October). I can’t imagine what peak season is like. Great trip all around.

  A fascinating trip to Nusa Penida famed for it’s beaches but sadly only from cliff top views due to no time to go down 1000 steps to beach and a packed itinerary ! It’s near impossible to cover even two magnificent beaches forget four they mention in itinerary and that too only watching them from one mile above and not being able to go and swim as the Snorkelling deadline awaits of 2 pm . But hey we arrived at Nusa Penida at 10 am only . And drive through broken curbing roads for 3 hours after that . This one needs to be planned better . And the fast boat traveling between Nusa dua and Nusa Penida is cramped and suffocating and non air conditioned . You’re crammed like chickens into uncomfortable seats and if it’s raining they shut windows too. So no breathing space . You want fresh air ? It’s mandatory to buy a drink to get to top to get fresh air ! No announcements just herded into a crammed space . Only highlight were two smiling and brilliant car drivers 1. Wiradana Kadek at Nusa Dua who was super helpful and on time and very courteous 2. Nyoman dartaya at Nusa Penida who was skillfull and on time and very friendly . He was constantly helping us with little things and very sensitive to our needs . 3. The snorkelling boat and crew were efficient and two hours was super fun . We saw dolphins too . Waiting for our picture and videos taken . They said travel agent will send so assuming Viator will . The tour needs to be communicated better in advance and the to and fro journey from Nusa dua to Nusa Penida is a big spoiler . The Harbor is a mad house with no system and lacks basic amenities !

  Great trip. Our guides kadek and dartaya were very helpful. Brought us around the places and were very helpful. Helped us take really good pictures too.

  Our experience to Nusa Penida was exceptional! From the moment we were picked up, the driver (her name is Wahyu) was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the local area. The vehicle was comfortable and clean, making the long drives enjoyable. Our tour guide in Nusa Penida (he goes by Gu) was fantastic—informative, attentive, and patient. We wanted to change the trip a little bit to fit more of what we wanted to do in the moment, and Gu was very flexible with us and made sure we had a good time. Extremely friendly and a great driver. 10/10 experience overall.

  We had a lovely day exploring Nusa Penida. Adi our first driver was very good at helping us to know where to go and connecting us with our driver on the island when we messaged him. The boat journey was smooth and punctual on the way out, the way back was a little bumpy!! The views were stunning and Kadek our driver took great photos at the different opportunities, waiting in line so we could explore around the area. Yes it was busy and there were lots of crowds but we found leaving on an earlier trip minimised some of this! Kadek was also very skilled at navigating the bumpy roads- they were very bumpy in some places, but that just added to the fun of the experience! Great portions of food for the inclusive lunch, ready to set you up for some time on the beach. We had an hour and a half at crystal bay which was a lovely way to cool off after lots of hills and walking to beaches! All I would say is bring some shoes that can be worn in the water as it is a bit rough underfoot when entering the sea. All in all, a great day! We are glad we did the trip!
