  An incredible experience and seamless way to see so much of Nusa Penida. Everything was so well organized and our drivers were amazing and so accommodating. Wahyu was so helpful and friendly! We felt very comfortable as a queer couple as well. I would definitely recommend this tour to others. Absolutely stunning views.

• Bad pickup arrangement to Nusa penida

  The arrangement for pickup point is very misleading. It mentioned departs from Bali but I was told the night before the travel that I have to make my way to Nusa penida by myself. Last minute I have to book cab and ferry to the island.

  Adm Bali Natural Tours did not show up for Pick Up and want you pay extra for the pick up service even when you have included it in your package. Aviator Agents tried to sort the issue on their side however it hit 07H30 the Adm Bali driver did not show up. Note: the Adm Bali Natural Tours operator was extremely rude, Horrible experience!

  Curtious and friendly guide. The process went smoothly and the sights were magnificent! I would definitely book another tour with this provider.

• Beach visits - timing and organization

  We were told to start the trip early 6 am which is ok , but then Nusa penida was all about beaches so “it gets tooooo hot , to actually enjoy beaching at the Crystal Bay, where we reached after lunch at around 1:00pm!! . Also this trip has to be made more interesting . Please think about it. All the associated drivers were good esp. Kumo at Nusa Penida who drove us around ! He was knowledgeable & tried to do his best. Drop off back from Sanur to resort was not organised well, as the driver Wayan kept waiting in the parking lot and did not answer the phone! Had parked far away & instead of bringing car to us , he started taking us , to the parked taxi . The Viator team has to make them understand & train all drivers etc. that we pay high premium for these trip so that our connections run SMOOTHLY & COMFORTABLY. Viator needs to put this message thru , that for private tours customers Timing, smoothness of connection & comfort , cannot be sacrificed. Also I feel some training of knowledge about the tourist places , needs to be given to these driver cum guide esp. in developing countries like Indonesia .

• Very nice one day trip experience

  Overall it was a very nice experience, the communication with the tour team and the drivers was flawless, the landscapes were pretty and our drivers were very fun ! The only bad part was the group snorkeling. The snorkeling was nice but it gets too crowded in the water. Overall it was enough snorkeling for us (with about 40 minutes in total in the water, and the rest moving between the different snorkeling spots. Would advise if you didn’t have any other plan that day and the weather is good.

  Our driver Kadek handled all the stops and admin smoothly. He was very friendly and engaging and explained the tour stops well. The trip was very stress free and enjoyable.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gu was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Not only was he an excellent driver, but he was also an incredible tourist guide who made our entire Nusa Penida experience seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable. His local knowledge was next level — he helped us avoid the huge queues at all the famous photo spots, which saved us so much time and made the day far more enjoyable. We were able to experience all the beauty of Nusa Penida without the chaos and waiting around. On top of that, the lunch recommendation was fantastic and one of the highlights of the trip. Professional, friendly, organised, and genuinely caring about giving us the best experience possible. • Nusa Penida diving package overall

  The Nusa Penida diving package overall was okay, but the highlight of the trip was definitely our driver. His service and attitude were excellent throughout the whole journey. He was very professional, helpful, and caring — especially when one of my family members slipped while boarding the boat and couldn’t go snorkeling. He kept helping us along the walkways, making sure we were safe, and explaining the places and viewpoints to us. He truly made the trip much more enjoyable. The snorkeling experience itself was quite average. We didn’t get to see manta rays, and there weren’t many fish either. The included lunch was also just so-so. Each person only got one included meal, and honestly the extra dishes we ordered ourselves tasted much better. However, Kelingking Beach and Broken Beach were absolutely beautiful and stunning in real life. Those places were definitely worth visiting, although the schedule felt a bit rushed and we didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy them. Still, special thanks again to our driver for his amazing service — he was honestly the best part of the entire trip.

  Great one day trip from Kuta with amazing view. Wahyu Astiti was our driver from and to hotel. Very nice girl, great driver and knowledgeable person who answered all of our questions we had about Bali. At the island we met Gu who did great job driving us around, taking pictures and explaining how people live at the island
