Financial District
The Financial District of NYC located at the bottom tip of Manhattan, where the East River and Hudson River meet. It features amazing views of the Statue of Liberty and New Jersey, as well as the Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Williamsburg Bridges. The Financial District encompasses roughly the area south of City Hall Park in Lower Manhattan but excludes Battery Park and Battery Park City. The former World Trade Center complex was located in the neighborhood until the September 11, 2001 attacks; the neighborhood includes the successor One World Trade Center.

5.00Visiting the memorial leaves us reflecting on the horror of the September 11 catastrophe. Ground zero, the museum and the new tower are worth the visit. For Wall Street, it is mainly the buffalo that attracts tourists. Excursion recommended.
